30/08/2026: Report on my restaurant experience I would like to share my experience at this restaurant, which was very disappointing. First, I ordered a pizza, but it was tasteless and of poor quality. Furthermore, there wasn't even any paper towels or napkins to clean my hands. I also ordered a taco, but it wasn't good either. It was missing the sauce usually used in tacos. As for hygiene, the situation was even more disappointing. The restaurant was very dirty and there was practically no cleanliness. There was no toilet paper in the restrooms. Moreover, the disposable plastic cover on the toilet seat was missing, which gave the impression of a complete lack of hygiene. Finally, the behavior of the person working in the restaurant was very unpleasant and unprofessional. She was rude and seemed constantly annoyed with the customers, simply because she had to do her job. Overall, my experience was very poor, regarding the food, hygiene, and service. I hope this establishment takes these comments seriously and makes the necessary efforts to improve the quality, cleanliness, and staff behavior.

The extent and seriousness of the incident were witnessed by all the staff present that day, yet you have not taken any action. I am remaining anonymous for this letter, but I must emphasize that the situation is outrageous. I had placed a large order of zucchini, initially scheduled for pickup on Wednesday. Due to a public holiday on Thursday and my inability to travel, I tried to contact the store several times before my scheduled pickup on Friday. Unfortunately, my calls went unanswered. Upon arrival, the sales assistant informed me that my order had been put on hold without any prior notification, despite my being a regular customer. Furthermore, a cashier error was discovered during the payment process: I was owed approximately seven euros. When I called the store to resolve the situation, I was greeted by a visibly disgruntled employee. He inappropriately implied that I should give up on receiving the money. Worse, this same person informed me that the store would no longer be taking orders from me. So I went to the store to collect what was owed to me. That's where the situation escalated: the employee I had spoken to on the phone confronted me aggressively in front of a line of about ten customers. Although I apologized for the misunderstanding regarding the zucchini order, this person never once apologized for their tone or public behavior. It's clear that this person has a history of speaking rudely to customers and that management remains silent in the face of these actions. This type of interaction is unacceptable, especially since your stated values ​​emphasize customer care and adherence to the Customer Behavior Standard (CBS). Treating a loyal customer in this manner, with such blatant unprofessionalism and a complete lack of attentiveness, falls far short of the standards I expect from a business of your reputation. Therefore, I would like to remind you that, in accordance with the Civil Code and the Consumer Code, a sale is a contract binding both parties. The unilateral sale of my order without prior notification, the refusal to rectify an acknowledged cash register error, and the aggressive behavior of your staff constitute a breach of your contractual and ethical obligations. As a loyal customer, I expect your establishment to honor the commitments it has made to me.

04/01/2026: A rather strange experience: no menus, no price list, so we didn't know the prices. We were used to a superb restaurant in a historic location in Orléans, so we imagined there had been a change of ownership. The waitress was friendly, but there was hardly anyone there on a Saturday night… which explains it. The dishes were, let's just say, very light: the pizzas, the salmon pasta… in short, unfortunately, we won't be going back.

03/01/2026: Very disappointed. I hadn't been back for a few years and I won't be going back. Twice my wife found metal wires in her pizza! Yet, a second pizza was made after three wires were discovered. The pizzas are small, and my cheese pizza was sickening: goat cheese, Emmental, and Camembert!? The crust wasn't cooked enough. Okay, they offered a discount on the bill, but it's not enough to make me return. Furthermore, the dining room and restrooms could use some attention to detail and a more refined atmosphere.

However, the major drawback was the noise level: the music and ambient noise were extremely loud, to the point that we almost had to shout to be able to talk around the table. It's a shame, because the setting is nice and the place could be much more pleasant with a slightly more controlled sound environment.

23/08/2026: Food? I wouldn't call it food. All the dishes are microwaved because there's no kitchen on site. In short, some dishes, like pasta for example, are just plain bad, dry... In short, avoid it at all costs, and it's expensive for what it is. The only good thing is that the dining room is nice.
