19/04/2026: That day, the chef was alone in the kitchen and serving at the table... incredible, but everything was magnificently orchestrated. Many top restaurants in Orléans and elsewhere should take lessons from him, because lately, the most famous names in gastronomy only seem to care about filling their bank accounts, not their customers' plates, and the service, even with plenty of waiters, always leaves much to be desired. Moreover, we thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and that too is becoming rare. Bravo, keep up the good work, it was perfect, Chef.

20/02/2026: New menu tried today. Calm atmosphere, pleasant gentleman, delicious meal. The side dishes aren't pictured BUT the gratin dauphinois was excellent!

18/04/2026: Excellent restaurant. Pleasant and chic atmosphere, impeccable and attentive service. Refined and flavorful cuisine for gourmets and connoisseurs. It's a shame that some inconsiderate customers are sometimes particularly noisy!

11/04/2026: A wonderful discovery at L’Hibiscus restaurant 🌺 My mother and I were invited after winning an Instagram contest, and everything was perfect! A warm welcome, excellent service, and dishes that were both refined and delicious. The presentation was worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant ⭐️ We will definitely be back to see the next menu. From start to finish, Chef Jean-Yves Compain offers high-quality dishes with refined presentation that showcases the ingredients. Don't hesitate to step inside for a delightful experience.

30/04/2026: A very poor experience at reception. The host in the pink shirt refused us a table on the terrace for six people, claiming it was reserved—a blatant lie, as his own colleague contradicted him, explaining that the customers in question didn't want to eat but only had drinks inside. We had clearly stated that the group would be eating, except for one or two people who just wanted a drink. His response: "One platter for 12 doesn't work." In other words, he demanded that each person order a full meal, which is utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. This kind of welcome discourages any desire to return. A blatant lack of professionalism, an outright lie, and contempt for customers. What a shame.

27/02/2026: I'm giving 5 stars because I can't give 6. I ordered from La Fabrique on Deliveroo and honestly, I'm super satisfied! 👌 The crepes were delicious, generously filled, and incredibly fresh. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. The order arrived hot, well-packaged, and on time. It's rare to find such a reliable crepe delivery service. I would definitely recommend them! 🔥 Thanks to the whole team! 👏

27/04/2026: The house wines might be enjoyable if you're a fan. Personally, I'm too used to classic wines. The charcuterie boards are decent, but if I go back, it will mainly be to eat, as the food is excellent. The setting is very pleasant.

The menu is simple yet showcases a focus on flavors using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The desserts are absolutely divine, featuring extraordinary flavor combinations, and the prices are reasonable. A wonderful discovery!

27/04/2026: Really nice restaurant, friendly staff. Brasserie-style food, but creative. The salmon tartare was delicious.

19/04/2026: Very good and generous portions, but not extraordinary. Five burgers out of six dishes and one steak tartare. The French toast and profiteroles were appreciated. Yes, it's a pub, but when you can't hear your neighbor or the waitress, you can't have a pleasant evening. Lowering the music would be beneficial for everyone, and we'd still hear it anyway 🤣.
