01/09/2026: Arriving quite late (40 minutes before the end of service), they were very friendly and invited us to see if the menu was suitable before we sat down. It was fine; everything was very good and didn't need refills. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for an odd detail at the end. If our son is over 1.40 meters tall, he'll be on an adult menu. I understand the reasoning, but it put us off a bit in the end. I still recommend it, but it's important to be aware of this.

30/08/2026: We came as a group of six, including a young girl with a disability. We explained her situation to the woman, but she spoke to us very coldly and rudely, saying that if the little girl ate even a bite, we would have to pay. We offered to have her examined first, but she still insisted on payment. We understand that there are rules, but the way she spoke to us, especially in front of a child with a disability, was really unacceptable. We were very disappointed by this behavior.

20/08/2026: A top-notch bar for a great night out with friends, the atmosphere is good, the music is good, the staff is very friendly, and the managers are super nice – what more could you ask for!

Their tone, their cold and curt responses, and their overall attitude clearly made the customer feel unwelcome. The food was good, but the service really needs improvement. A minimum of politeness, courtesy, and basic manners would be the very least one could expect in an establishment that serves the public. I also don't understand how this restaurant can be listed in Le Petit Futé. It's a real shame, because the quality of the food isn't enough to make up for such an unpleasant welcome. I also want to preemptively address this, given the lengthy posts you systematically write in response to negative reviews: we are polite and respectful people. While this review is certainly unpleasant to read, it is genuine and sincerely reflects our experience. We were present, we know what we experienced, and we fully stand by what we wrote. Everyone is free to share their experience and opinion, respecting the rules and freedom of expression. Therefore, there's no need to rewrite our experience, question our visit, or try to portray us as people we're not. As for the contemptuous tone used in your responses to negative reviews, we simply suggest you keep it to yourself. A professional and respectful response would certainly be more constructive. And finally: it seems unpleasant people have a surprisingly long life expectancy… Given the level of unpleasantness displayed here, perhaps you've found the magic formula. At this rate, the bicentennial awaits you at the end of the road! First and last time. 12/09/2026: As usual, I had a wonderful evening at La Petite Folie. It's a restaurant I adore, my favorite in Orléans and beyond. The food is divine, and the service is both warm and professional. The restaurant's location is beautiful, on a lovely square. I come to La Petite Folie whenever I'm in Orléans, and it's always a great pleasure.

06/09/2026: We came on Friday evening for the 20th anniversary and were expecting a fantastic atmosphere, given the hype on social media. We shared it with our community and our Facebook group, promising a great evening in Orléans, but frankly, we were very disappointed. We waited a very long time to be served, and the owner wasn't very friendly (as one would expect). There was no music and no atmosphere. We were really disappointed. They certainly shouldn't have announced they were coming in at 6 pm, knowing the atmosphere wouldn't start until midnight. We just ended up in a bar for a drink and finished the evening elsewhere. It's a real shame. Also, please check the seasoning on your raclette sandwiches; if you don't like pepper, you'll be in for a treat.

09/09/2026: Hello, I ordered a full meal and frankly, I paid 15 euros for nothing because the Coke was watery, it wasn't even fizzed, and the fries were so small I only got one small fry, not even 8. The whole meal wasn't worth 15 euros at all. I will never eat at your restaurant again, that's it.

24/09/2026: How can I put it… I go there whenever I'm in Orléans, and every time, I have a terrible experience. But I'm going to focus on my last experience, which convinced me never to set foot in that establishment again. For the price I paid, the food and service were clearly subpar. The dishes took forever to arrive, and as for an entrecôte… I'm no expert, but having eaten them often, it didn't resemble one at all. Anyway… The salad? No dressing whatsoever. The mashed potatoes? Do I really need to mention them? Just from the picture, you can see they're neither creamy nor appetizing. They had absolutely no flavor. And finally, the steak! I had it sent back to the kitchen because it was overcooked. No apology, not a word from the waiter, who had the audacity to bring me my steak cooked exactly the same way! Speaking of the waiter, I found him very intrusive and completely unprofessional. When it came time to pay, which came to over €70 for this whole affair, he felt compelled to ask me if everything was alright. So I told him no, it wasn't! After all, if I go to a restaurant, it's to eat. If I leave still hungry, it's not my fault, it's yours! Again, no apology. On the contrary, he became very aggressive and demanding to know why things hadn't gone well. As if… My experience, to which he himself contributed, speaks for itself, lol! Anyway! My friend didn't want me to leave a review because, despite her bad experience, she's a regular at the restaurant. So she didn't receive the same treatment as me. But I'm not going to recommend this restaurant or pretend nothing happened, especially since it was clearly a complete waste of money! There was obviously no attempt at compensation! I don't usually rely on preconceived notions about a place, but I should have listened to my gut feeling. I really got the impression that this establishment was reserved for elderly and wealthy people, or at least those who look like it. I suppose you have to fit that clientele to be treated with a minimum of respect! But apparently, that's not the case for young people or students… Anyway, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. There are so many better restaurants out there!

22/09/2026: A family meal. The waitress was incredibly attentive and helpful to everyone—our daughters and our little dog. We ordered seafood, burgers, and a fish dish. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared! A great spot in Orléans that remains affordable. We loved it! We'll be back.

01/08/2026: Received two Too Good To Go baskets today. What a disappointment! They contained seven packages (five milk chocolate and two white chocolate) with no information whatsoever (ingredients, best before date, no origin). They looked like mass-produced chocolates, probably from Christmas! A shame for this store, which is very popular with people from Orléans.
