01/04/2024: They refused to serve me salty food even though I was sick! Under the pretext that they only serve savory food from 11:00 a.m. (it was 10:50 a.m.…) explain to me what difference it would have made to you to prepare something 10 minutes before? Obviously they don't know the meaning of service here. Especially since I wasn't asking for a complete menu but just a little something to make it better!

Hearty and very good meal, professional staff.
The view of the lake is very pleasant. The terrace is very well appointed.
Value for money...
12/01/2024: We travel MILES to visit this legendary place, come rain, wind and sunshine - the charcuterie is unrivalled, the steak INCREDIBLE … but the star of the show is of course the Aligot, served with such theatre. We will be back again in sumner 2024 😄👍

04/04/2024: A highly recommendable destination in all respects, some rooms benefit from a privileged view of the Tarn.
04/04/2024: We came in April, so out of season, and we only tried the restaurant.
The servers are very nice, attentive, the dishes excellent.
A well-stocked starter / main course / dessert for €29, you won't be hungry when you leave the table.
I think that on sunny days the view of the water must be magnificent, we will come back with pleasure.

Un vanne d’aération, une turbine ou je ne sais quelle machine faisait un bruit fort à côté de ma chambre. La personne à l’accueil me dit que c’est dû aux cuisines et que ça va s’arrêter dans la soirée.
À minuit le bruit est toujours là et plus personne à l’accueil, j’appelle le patron de l’hôtel qui finit par me changer de chambre.
Dommage car l’hôtel est bien placé, le restaurant plutôt bon et le patron est sympa. Il m’a offert le petit déjeuner pour le dérangement. C’est gentil mais ça fait tout de même cher la mauvaise nuit, surtout quand on repart marcher le lendemain.

Le repas et le petit déjeuner sont de bonne qualité. Très bon accueil et du personnel sympathique.

29/03/2024: T nice stop, menu with gizzard salad and Aubrac beef, hearty and good with good vegetables too! Warm service! We had the chance to get to know the three generations present!
