06/04/2024: Too bad for the waiters to have to shout thank you when people give a drink, I find it really demeaning...

05/04/2024: The pillows were either too hard or too soft, so we didn't sleep well... It would be better if they were all in memory foam to match our body shape, the heating in the bathroom didn't work, we didn't have felt cold when I got out of the shower..The room was clean, however the front door of the hotel had several cobwebs...We were surprised... The staff is quite friendly. The self-service breakfasts are good...The freshly squeezed orange juice machine was out of service...It's a bit of a shame...! You can eat in the evening in the restaurant. I only give it 3*** because of the pillows, the faulty heating and the orange juice machine out of order.

04/04/2024: Comfortable and quiet, my room was recently renovated. It’s a shame that the environment of the rooms is so neglected. Condition of the bitumen coating, arrival sign, air conditioning next to reception leaking to the ground.

23/03/2024: I ate a taco which really didn't have much taste. I had to add sauce and cheese at home because it was so dry...otherwise we still had a good reception

10/03/2024: Poor quality kebab. I found the kebab shops on the street corners of Paris open 24 hours a day with bread and raw vegetables that were not very fresh, meat from a frozen spit, imported and of very low quality with fries that were also frozen and soft.

04/04/2024: Too bad to eat cold every time I went there, reception more than mediocre and don't dare express your dissatisfaction directly otherwise you will be served. To forget....

03/04/2024: Good evening, I ordered today. I'm missing potatoes, no toys in the happy meal, long wait despite ordering online. Looking forward to Burger King opening in Saumur.

18/02/2024: If you want to discover a Musolinist atmosphere with inappropriate words, derogatory comments and the apology of stupidity you will not be disappointed!! A heresy to Italy, just the pizza that was... a pizza... A boss who forgot good manners, passion for his job and who should have retired from the start of his career. My dear “mister” Chianti, the only note that will remain with me is your aftertaste, more than unpleasant; even the binouse that you sip with your cook while serving must be less pungent than you. By repeating that you are alone, you should also question why?? At least your fish have the chance to have their heads in the water to avoid hearing your nonsense every day. Rest assured my dear “sir”, you will, like all of us, disappear one day and I hope not to pay for your retirement for too long.
