21/12/2025: A warm and welcoming place, attentive service, and incredible flavors! We had a delicious 7-hour lamb that was so tender you could eat it with a spoon, and the vegetarian lasagna was a real treat. Go without hesitation.

01/02/2026: The dessert was a huge disappointment. I ordered a chocolate fondant/sponge cake, but it wasn't mentioned on the menu that it wasn't homemade. The waitress reheated it in the microwave, which was clearly visible in the dining area, something I found really unfortunate and unprofessional. The dessert completely let me down. It would be honest and necessary to clearly state this to customers.
On the other hand, the rest of the meal was truly excellent. I ate incredibly well; it was a real treat from beginning to end. The dishes are flavorful, well-prepared, and generous. If you want a good meal, you definitely know where to go. The price-quality ratio is very reasonable for the quality offered; it's frankly very good. Your cooking and professionalism redeem the experience.

Oh no! We should go eat instead. We feasted on a chicken ballotine in a pastry crust, accompanied by a delicious butternut squash polenta with porcini mushroom sauce... followed by a magnificent and very tasty dessert 👍 A revisited caramelized apple tatin. The setting is very friendly and welcoming, with a spacious terrace that can be covered or uncovered in the summer.
Definitely not to be missed!

15/02/2026: I used to come to this restaurant before, and everything was perfect: fast service, good organization, and quality food. That's why I came back.
This time, we ordered couscous and tagine: the dishes were good, well-seasoned, and generous portions—no complaints about the food.
However, the service was disastrous. We waited 1 hour and 23 minutes before being served, and our order wasn't taken until an hour later. The wait was very long, without any real explanation. The waitresses also got our order wrong, and since we didn't receive our food until an hour and a half later, we told them to just forget about it.
Another important point: the restaurant doesn't accept credit cards, which isn't clearly indicated and can be a problem.
It's a shame because the quality of the food is still there, but the organization and service seem to have changed since my last visits.

It's a sophisticated cuisine with harmonious dishes: a true musical expression of taste. If only they offered cooking classes!

22/08/2024: En visite à Sistero, ns ns sommes arêtes ds cet établissement. Nous aurions dû prospecter un peu plus. Nous voulions déguster les plats régionaux, un seul a la carte. La personne qui nous a accueilli et servi n’était pas du tout souriante. On a eu l’impression de la déranger, pas de carte de vin qui nous a été proposé. Qualité du repas médiocre. La prochaine fois je passerai mon chemin

Même la buse de la machine à café n est pas nettoyé après chaque utilisation. En plus du manque d organisation. Obligé de démissionné vu que c est moi qui passe pour un âne envers la clientèle. 08/08/2024: Amazing sandwiches made in front of you from freshly baked bread and a good choice of generous tasty fillings. We had 4 types - legumes, which came with olives and walnuts and red pesto. The falafel and the mozzarella and tomato filling were excellent. My son loved the hot dog filling. Thoroughly recommend and will go back tomorrow!
