16/02/2026: On February 14, 2026, for our wedding, we chose this restaurant, having been pleasantly surprised by its restaurant, owned by Olivier, in the summer of 2025. We want to attest to the quality of the reception on February 14th, and the services that were once again provided to us and our guests. (Of course, you won them over!) The reservation, permission to decorate our table, and the choice of three appetizers and two main courses were all seamless. The welcome was warm, with numerous thoughtful touches, smiles, and more. We were even photographed by Olivier! Anaïs was already making our mouths water as she described the dishes. The moment we brought our forks to our mouths, the aromas were intoxicating. And speaking of flavors... How can I describe them... UNPARALLELED! The dishes were magnificent, a feast for the eyes and the palate: Pure bliss!!! You more than pleasantly surprised and delighted us; we promised ourselves we'd return. You once again fulfilled our taste buds, as well as those of our guests! When we hear about your passion, your choices of seasonal and local products, not to mention your culinary expertise and the hours spent preparing your dishes... Thank you for being and sharing your excellence. Thank you, Anaïs, for your quality service and your personalized little gifts (made so spontaneously): What a fantastic team! ♡ I almost forgot the touch of background music, not to mention the time you generously offered and gave us between meals. We used to go to Jam in Forcalquier at least twice a year.
It's true that it had been a long time since we'd been there!
The food is good!
But the portion sizes are ridiculous, even for someone like me who doesn't eat much! They're pathetic!
Credit cards not accepted.
One tagine with one carrot and two small potatoes...and my husband had a couscous with two meats and three chickpeas that we're still looking for! Semolina (which is so cheap and would be nice to have, just like the chickpeas!!!) we're still looking for!
Oh well!
We definitely won't be going back.
15/02/2026: I used to come to this restaurant before, and everything was perfect: fast service, good organization, and quality food. That's why I came back.
This time, we ordered couscous and tagine: the dishes were good, well-seasoned, and generous portions—no complaints about the food.
However, the service was disastrous. We waited 1 hour and 23 minutes before being served, and our order wasn't taken until an hour later. The wait was very long, without any real explanation. The waitresses also got our order wrong, and since we didn't receive our food until an hour and a half later, we told them to just forget about it.
Another important point: the restaurant doesn't accept credit cards, which isn't clearly indicated and can be a problem.
It's a shame because the quality of the food is still there, but the organization and service seem to have changed since my last visits.

22/08/2024: En visite à Sistero, ns ns sommes arêtes ds cet établissement. Nous aurions dû prospecter un peu plus. Nous voulions déguster les plats régionaux, un seul a la carte. La personne qui nous a accueilli et servi n’était pas du tout souriante. On a eu l’impression de la déranger, pas de carte de vin qui nous a été proposé. Qualité du repas médiocre. La prochaine fois je passerai mon chemin

09/08/2024: Vue de l intérieur en tant que serveur. Etablissement le plus SALE sur la trentaine fréquentés, ne respectant pratiquement aucune règle d hygiène. Même la buse de la machine à café n est pas nettoyé après chaque utilisation. En plus du manque d organisation. Obligé de démissionné vu que c est moi qui passe pour un âne envers la clientèle. 08/08/2024: Amazing sandwiches made in front of you from freshly baked bread and a good choice of generous tasty fillings. We had 4 types - legumes, which came with olives and walnuts and red pesto. The falafel and the mozzarella and tomato filling were excellent. My son loved the hot dog filling. Thoroughly recommend and will go back tomorrow!
