- Location: Downtown
- Parking: Available in the square 200 meters away
- Decor + Size: Very nice and well-decorated. There is a small room upstairs and one downstairs.
- Air conditioning: No air conditioning
- Food: We had a cheese platter, goat cheese rolls with salad and other cheeses, filet mignon with mushroom sauce, potato cake, and vegetable bruschetta. Everything was very good. The filet was very tender and flavorful.
- Bill: Prices were average for other restaurants.
- Payment options: Debit cards accepted.
27/06/2026: We enjoyed our dinner here so much! They have a small menu with lots of high quality local dishes. Service was very forthcoming and the general vibe of the restaurant was just so welcoming and enjoyable.

20/06/2026: We came on Saturday, June 13th for our wedding anniversary meal. Everything was perfect. The service was top-notch, the setting superb, and the food served was beyond perfect. I highly recommend this establishment, which is run by a fantastic chef.

What can I say about the mountain pass except that from arrival to departure, everything was more than perfect.
The welcome:
We arrived a day late because I got the day wrong. A thousand apologies again. It felt like we were staying with friends.
And longtime friends, given how relaxed and warm the welcome was.
The food? Dishes as simple as they were delicious. Served in generous portions. With care. Simply top-notch.
The night? The room? Bedding worthy of the finest hotels. A clean and tastefully decorated bathroom.
A night's sleep in one go.
The breakfast? Just like everything else. Perfect. Simple, good products and a welcome in the morning as warm as the day before.
A more than perfect stay. Thank you.

28/06/2026: Incredible welcome at Les Voyageurs restaurant, which agreed to reserve the entire space with its beautiful fountain for our wedding reception! The staff were incredibly attentive throughout the evening, and the food was excellent (special mention for the desserts). Our guests were delighted. 🥰
28/06/2026: Highly recommended by our host in Crillon-Le-Brave, we weren't disappointed... A magnificent village, two Belgian "travelers" warmly welcomed on the terrace by discreet, efficient, and smiling staff, despite the sweltering heat of late June.
A very affordable, generous, and delicious menu!
Thank you to that lovely blonde with copper highlights ;) for your infectious energy, good humor, Provençal smile, and helpfulness. Travelers...We come here...We'll be back!

26/04/2026: A country bistro with hearty and delicious dishes! I'm vegetarian and I had a delicious vegetable tagine instead of a meat dish, which was a lovely touch (I had mentioned it beforehand; usually restaurants offer me pasta!!). This time, it was for my father's birthday, we were with family, and everyone enjoyed it! The service was also very good.
08/04/2026: This bistro is excellent, with a warm welcome (which is important), a lovely terrace, and a perfectly good meal. The food appears to be homemade with delicious, traditional dishes, and they even serve Japanese whisky, which I mention because it's quite rare. Well done!

16/05/2026: We were disappointed by our experience at this restaurant.
Upon arrival, we were asked to wait until Antoni arrived to seat us at a table for two. We waited approximately 15 minutes before he finally came to tell us there were no tables available because we hadn't made a reservation. It would have been more respectful and professional to inform us of this from the outset to avoid this unnecessary wait.
Unfortunately, neither the waiter nor the waitress at the entrance were friendly, and the bartender seemed particularly grumpy. The welcome and overall atmosphere were therefore neither warm nor pleasant.
Note: It seems essential to make a reservation in advance if you wish to dine at this restaurant.
14/05/2026: The setting was warm and comfortable, thanks in part to the colorful furniture. The food was of good quality and varied, with a touch of originality. Our server, who didn't keep us waiting, was quite competent. A good experience, which we will repeat.

26/05/2026: Don't be put off by the exterior; the real charm is inside: very friendly staff, clean and functional room and bathroom, excellent and original cuisine, a generous and varied breakfast, and impeccable spa treatments. We loved our three days at this hotel. We'll gladly return.
21/05/2026: We had a truly heavenly stay at La Villa Borghese.
The decor might be a little dated, but that's precisely what gives the establishment its charm and authenticity.
The restaurant, La Table de Pauline, is simply excellent, worthy of a fine dining establishment: refined, sophisticated cuisine bursting with flavor.
The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and highly professional, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
Special mention goes to the new, very spacious wellness area, where expert professionals provide divine massages. A truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
An address we wholeheartedly recommend for a stay focused on well-being and serenity.

22/08/2024: En visite à Sistero, ns ns sommes arêtes ds cet établissement. Nous aurions dû prospecter un peu plus. Nous voulions déguster les plats régionaux, un seul a la carte. La personne qui nous a accueilli et servi n’était pas du tout souriante. On a eu l’impression de la déranger, pas de carte de vin qui nous a été proposé. Qualité du repas médiocre. La prochaine fois je passerai mon chemin

09/08/2024: Vue de l intérieur en tant que serveur. Etablissement le plus SALE sur la trentaine fréquentés, ne respectant pratiquement aucune règle d hygiène. Même la buse de la machine à café n est pas nettoyé après chaque utilisation. En plus du manque d organisation. Obligé de démissionné vu que c est moi qui passe pour un âne envers la clientèle. 08/08/2024: Amazing sandwiches made in front of you from freshly baked bread and a good choice of generous tasty fillings. We had 4 types - legumes, which came with olives and walnuts and red pesto. The falafel and the mozzarella and tomato filling were excellent. My son loved the hot dog filling. Thoroughly recommend and will go back tomorrow!
