Go and try their beef, tender as butter without a trace of fat, cooked on a Himalayan salt slab. Everything else was perfect. Thank you for your warm welcome. I highly recommend it!

23/09/2026: Wow! We ordered à la carte and were tempted by the snails and foie gras. The snails were by far the best I've ever had! We then had the artichoke and truffle ravioli, along with a piece of meat. And those ravioli! I savored every bite; the dish was perfectly balanced. We finished with a rose sorbet, which was very fragrant and refreshing. Our waiter was very friendly, and the atmosphere was romantic in this prestigious setting, the Negresco. We were then invited to visit the hotel lobby, which is well worth a visit for art lovers. Thank you for this magical moment!

14/10/2026: We ordered the Tasting Board (around 2 kg), and the meat was absolutely delicious! Great selection of cuts, and we really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I ordered a bottle of sparkling wine, but our waiter walked away and never came back with it. After waiting for a while, I had to ask where our wine was. Only then was I told, "Sorry, we don't have it." For a restaurant where dinner costs over €100, I expected much better service and communication. If something is unavailable, guests should be informed right away, not left waiting and wondering. The food was excellent, but the service definitely needs improvement.

09/07/2026: I don't recommend it. Avoid at all costs. Mold in the bathroom, dirty towels with chewing gum, inability to lock the window in the room = risk of theft, and a very rude and unpleasant owner. A terrible experience. This is no way to run a business.

05/07/2026: We stayed overnight for a rest. For a 2 star hotel, it's a nice hotel with an Italian restaurant. Not far from the autobahn (10km). There's a wonderful bakery nearby.

29/08/2026: We stopped by randomly and ended up having a wonderful dinner. The white wine was very good, and the Chef’s Salad was super tasty. The seafood mix was absolutely delicious, too. The service was very friendly and courteous. Thank you so much for such a lovely dining experience! 💖 Absolutely top! I highly recommend it. Definitely worth a visit.

09/09/2026: Completely unacceptable. I repeatedly and clearly told the staff that I have a severe nut allergy, yet nuts were found on both my wife’s plate and mine. This is not a minor mistake—it is a life-threatening food-safety failure. A restaurant that cannot take a clearly communicated severe allergy seriously should not be serving customers with food allergies.

26/09/2026: A wonderful experience! The setting is magnificent, right on the Beaulieu harbor with a view of the boats. The fountain is lovely, and the decor and atmosphere are very welcoming. The service was excellent. We had pizzas to share as an appetizer (they were delicious) followed by seafood paellas (the only slight drawback was that the saffron flavor was a little lacking). The portions were generous. For dessert, the pablova was very good, however, the chocolate bar was not to everyone's liking. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

12/09/2026: An authentic restaurant with sincere, Mediterranean cuisine made with fresh produce, remarkable service, you feel right at home, the owner is increasingly kind, as are his staff, it is a very well-known address, and at the same time preserved, at an affordable price, do not hesitate to go, you will not regret it.

We love coming here: the products are always fresh and high-quality, the setting is pleasant, and it's so relaxing and peaceful. 02/09/2026: Excellent food, great service, good people. Fair prices. Had a chance with speak with the owner they are wonderful people. Will definitely be back. The mushroom pasta was perfect and not heavy. They have a large menu and you won't be disappointed.

11/10/2026: I celebrated my birthday at Amalgam and honestly, everything was perfect! We had a fantastic evening, the atmosphere was amazing, and everything went very smoothly. I have absolutely no complaints; it was exactly what I needed to have a great time with my friends. I highly recommend it!

30/09/2026: A wonderful evening at Amalgam, where the service was impeccable. The attractive menu quickly drew me to the cocktails page, where I hesitated quite a bit. I certainly wasn't disappointed; the balance was perfect, and the flavors were a delightful surprise. I highly recommend it! I'm adding it to my list of favorite spots!
