17/01/2025: Good Lebanese restaurant in Cannes, the food is good and the prices are fair. We would have liked a slightly warmer atmosphere. There's a Lebanese pastry shop (also Al Charq) right across the street!
14/01/2025: Very nice Restaurent location is also good away from main train station like 10 min walk near the famous shops in Cannes , atmosphere very super and nice , food is very delicious and tasty made with love it’s really good food and tasty but Warak Enab ورق عنب it’s little bit strange because I think it’s cane and not hand made so we didn’t like it other than this everything was delicious and tasty we enjoyed the food and the place prices are good little expansive but for the place and city it’s acceptable really

30/05/2025: The quality remains the same year after year. Probably the best restaurant specializing in Nice, at least to my knowledge. The terrace, in season, with its view of Mont Chauve is exceptional. The service is excellent. What more can I say?
12/05/2025: Good Nice food but not the best Nice cuisine around. Ravioli and desserts not incredible. Very pretty view though. The attitude of the manager-waitress throughout the service was right for this opinion: no patience, not nice, want the service to go as quickly as possible. And that with everyone. She ruins our meal. So in summary, the Nice restaurants Simon or Chez Cané in Nice are much more interesting.

To summarize 2 pizzas ordered via Uber
I pass the price of the pizza because Uber takes its margin but still...
2 pizzas certainly large but very very thin dough, little taste, an extra charge that I am still looking for in my pizza, and a pecorino pizza with 5 or 6 poor pieces.
In short, I expected much better based on previous comments and photos.

I'm a regular at the restaurant and it's not for nothing: the dishes are very good, the setting is friendly, the staff is very kind and professional, go there with your eyes closed, you won't regret it!
30/08/2024: The quality of the meals was great! Speed at the top! The only problem is the waitress's final remark (brown ponytail) which clearly turned on my husband! Asking her openly that if she agreed to take her bank card what did she get in exchange! (because we always play a game of who will pay for each other) there were 4 of us and I think she probably shouldn't not knowing it was my husband but it's still very cheeky.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Menton and found it to be a mixed experience. The hotel itself is well-located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the biggest downside was the sound insulation. The ventilation system was quite loud, and I could clearly hear trucks and motorbikes passing by early in the morning, which disrupted my sleep. If you're a light sleeper or value quietness, this could be an issue. Otherwise, it's a decent option for a short stay in Menton.

01/09/2024: I tried vegetable couscous with grilled meat
To be honest, it's something more luxurious than anything else. It's a family restaurant that seems to have quick service and smiling faces in an outdoor setting. I recommend it
24/08/2024: The guy who served us is really nice; however the food has no taste and portion of meat is very small. Also the Tajine chicken was basically a piece of tasteless chicken with some green beans which it was a first for me!! I had previously Moroccan food at some renowned restaurants in other countries and the food was great but this one has nothing to do with moroccan except probably the names. We ate all 3 dishes cause we were dying of hunger but honestly the taste was not there at all. 2 stars just cause I like the guy who served us the food.
