14/02/2026: We spent three hours enjoying 15 different dishes, all very tasty and original. The service was smooth and pleasant, and the sommelier offered excellent advice. I recommend opting for the cheese platter.

08/02/2026: A day dedicated to truffles. After a morning demonstration in a truffle orchard, we savored a host of delicious truffle-based dishes. A real treat! Congratulations to the kitchen team. Furthermore, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely be back.

19/01/2026: We hadn't been to this establishment for a year or two, and we were very disappointed by the food and by the surprise: we asked for a slice of lemon, and it cost us €0.50. Okay, it's not much, but it's a bit like being charged for bread, especially since, given the price of a liter of sparkling water, I don't think a slice of lemon would have bankrupted them... Especially since the waitress gave me a different brand than the one I ordered, but I was cool and said it wasn't a big deal... EDIT: To answer your question, we came last September, and if I tell you that I asked for one slice of lemon, that they brought me three which were sent back, and that I was charged €0.50, that's the truth. Honestly, I'm not 25, we go to a restaurant every Saturday night, and I wouldn't have had the imagination to come up with that. What would be the point, anyway? In your till, you must have a button that says "Lemon slice €0.50," since it was clearly stated on the bill. Too bad, I think I threw the bill away recently.

02/03/2026: Let's start with the positives, since the intention is there. The children's menu is decent for the price, not amazing, but standard. The three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) at around €40 is a formula many will want to try in Provence, especially if they want to avoid the tourist traps in the village center. The menu, in keeping with the Provençal spirit, offers dishes that, on paper, make you want to travel (cod, beef cheek, lavender crème brûlée, etc.). And then there are the thoughtful touches: a complimentary toast to start the culinary journey—a nice touch—even if, admittedly, the quantity is modest (it's more of an amuse-bouche). (Honestly: too little toast to truly deliver on the promise of an aperitif.) What's a bit lacking? • The portions: they seem rather small. • The service: sometimes a bit disorganized, as if the team were still working out their own script. • The menu: attractive but unclear, sometimes giving the impression of flipping through a menu without a clear direction. The outdoor terrace—promising a sunny lunch under the trees—is undoubtedly one of the place's strong points. It's a shame the weather didn't cooperate during our visit. In the future, it's best to plan ahead and make a reservation if you want to guarantee a table outside, as word-of-mouth continues to spread in the village. In summary: 👉 A charming spot, worth a visit for its setting and Provençal ambiance. 👉 Good culinary intentions, but sometimes hesitant service and portions that leave you wanting more. 👉 Areas for improvement: a clearer menu and more generous portions. In short, we're eager for more... but we're still hesitating a bit before embarking on a second act.

01/03/2026: My wife and I just had lunch there this Sunday, and we really enjoyed the welcome (very friendly and pleasant), our meal which was delicious, but especially the thoughtful touches they gave our dog (water bowl, treats, and a mat). We highly recommend it.

17/02/2026: The food was good, the cooking was well-executed, but it lacked boldness; a bit more flavor would have been welcome. The puff pastry on the gravlax was bland, and the salmon was timid in both quantity and taste. The fried fish was too salty, too heavy, and its sauce was rather bland. The tuna of the day was very good, as was its side dish. The service lacked confidence but remained classic and competent. More flair, ladies and gentlemen! Special mention for the rum.

06/02/2026: During a leisurely stroll, we arrived in Bédoin and found a parking spot right in front of this restaurant. It was 12:45 pm. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, who was also very friendly. The meal, costing 20 euros, was simple yet delicious, with perfectly cooked risotto accompanied by an excellent local white wine. It's now in our notebook for a future visit, probably with friends, as it's a place to share and a reliable recommendation.

06/03/2026: I ate at the Riad two or three weeks ago, and I'm posting my review now because I really wanted to. Superb place, very traditional and welcoming atmosphere. The service is good and the waiters are friendly. The food is very good, no complaints there. Having a good knowledge of North African cuisine, I can say that with conviction. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The bread. The decor, the plates, the glasses, everything is perfect. But a baguette instead of Arabic bread—I think that's a mistake that could easily be avoided. That's the only minor issue that bothered me a little. Otherwise, everything was top-notch.

26/09/2024: La Calade is een pareltje in het mooie Blauvac. Een klein maar prachtig gelegen restaurant met een fantastisch uitzicht en vooral een fantastische keuken. De chefkok munt uit in het bedenken van creatieve combinaties die ook bijzonder fraai worden geserveerd. Kunstwerken op je bord. Het verrassingsmenu wisselt regelmatig en is steeds van een hoge kwaliteit. Wij adviseren onze gasten in onze chambres d'hotes Les Terrasses de Cascavelle maar al te graat om dit restaurant te bezoeken. En deze keer gingen we zelf en hadden daar geen spijt van.

27/08/2024: Magnifique restaurant à tous points de vue. Autant au niveau de sa situation, du contenu des assiettes que de l’accueil charmant du couple de propriétaires. Un petit bémol cependant au niveau de la communication pas très efficace mais pour le reste une très jolie table servant des plats inventifs, goûteux et magnifiquement présentés. Vraiment recommandable! Le service se faisant à l’extérieur attention cependant à la météo et munissez vous d’une petite laine, voire d’une plus grosse en cas de doute.

20/12/2025: I was very pleasantly surprised. I didn't know this place. The welcome was very warm; the two ladies were incredibly friendly, kind, and smiling. The couscous was very good, just a touch lacking in chickpeas, but otherwise, nothing to complain about. And the orange salad for dessert was a delight. Thank you so much; we're adding this place to our list of favorites.
