16/05/2026: Carbonara as usual. Pasta with mushrooms and foie gras. Absolutely not worth the price; three measly pieces of mushrooms and a tiny bit of foie gras... unacceptable for the price.

21/06/2026: Do not be mislead by the simple exterior of this restaurant! They serve excellent interesting, fresh food, good cheer, and tasty wines. They clearly enjoy feeding people good food and wine, and it shows. Get a reservation, and go hungry, you will want to say YES to everything that they offer.

13/07/2026: We arrived without a reservation and were warmly welcomed despite the restaurant being almost full. We ordered a steak and a lamb shank. The dishes were delicious, generous, and full of flavor. A big thank you to Lulu for her kindness and thoughtful touches throughout the meal. A good restaurant isn't just about good food; it's also about having a good time. We will gladly return. See you soon!

11/07/2026: A wonderful discovery at V’Four, a romantic dinner for two with my partner! The presentation of the dishes was particularly refined: the sea bass fillet with its crispy skin, candied cherry tomatoes, and grilled fennel was a true delight, both visually and in terms of taste. The beef carpaccio, enhanced with parmesan shavings, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives, was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The beef tartare, accompanied by carrot purée and caramelized red onions, offered a lovely sweet and savory balance. For dessert, we were captivated by the chocolate petits fours with whipped cream and caramel shards, as well as the roasted peaches with a crumble topping, which were meltingly tender and fragrant. The artisanal bread and attentive service completed a wonderful experience. An ideal spot for a romantic dinner, offering creative cuisine and high-quality ingredients. We will gladly return to V’Four!

19/05/2026: The welcome was quite friendly, but the burger was very basic: just steak and cheese. I would have expected at least some toppings (tomatoes, onions?) and a decent sauce, not just ketchup. The sauces being passed from table to table weren't hygienic. The place and the atmosphere are nice, but I think the quality really depends on the dishes you order.

25/06/2026: What a FANTASTIC restaurant! We visited for lunch between our conference session and it was PERFECT. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The presentation was beautiful and the owner seems so nice and patient. We basically got the entire menu between our group of 7 and literally everything was delicious. I got the red tuna, my husband got the fillet mignon. I got foie de volaille for starters & my husband got the ceviche..all absolutely fabulous. It is pretty close to fine dining at a very approachable setting. The desserts were like art pieces. I got the chocolate with currants and my husband got the pavlova. I wish I had more time in Nancy just to eat here again. Thank you for such a lovely meal!

30/05/2026: Table reservation for the Champions League final. We arrived on time. The waiter gave us our table number and told us they had to ask the people already there to leave. Absolutely impossible. Result: we left without eating and without seeing the match. Brilliant! Don't take reservations for these days if you don't want to be able to handle them. Zero stars.

24/06/2026: Really nice place for local cuisine! The host is so friendly haha. I'm glad my french speaking partner was around for ordering. We got coffees to start. Good coffee! We got a terrain and gazpacho for starters. Both were delicious! For mains we got the rissoto and the fish. I got a little confused about the fish because it was mashed in with potatoes and for some reason I thought it would be a fillet of fish with vegetables...but I think my partner got confused and ended up ordering something else. It was still very yummy! Would recommend! I wish I had space for dessert. Would love to come back with more appetite 😋 Oh, also recommend getting reservations with phone.

10/07/2026: A unique and pleasant place. Simple but hearty cuisine. Fresh ingredients. However, the 10 popcorns (there were 3 of us) served in a tin can lid as an appetizer remained in the lid!
