24/06/2026: Really nice place for local cuisine! The host is so friendly haha. I'm glad my french speaking partner was around for ordering. We got coffees to start. Good coffee! We got a terrain and gazpacho for starters. Both were delicious! For mains we got the rissoto and the fish. I got a little confused about the fish because it was mashed in with potatoes and for some reason I thought it would be a fillet of fish with vegetables...but I think my partner got confused and ended up ordering something else. It was still very yummy! Would recommend! I wish I had space for dessert. Would love to come back with more appetite 😋 Oh, also recommend getting reservations with phone.

25/08/2026: Besides the heatwave, the welcome is incredibly warm! The dishes are always delicious because they're homemade. The chef surprises us every time, and the wines are local. We savor every last crumb. The clientele is reassuring in every way. I assure you, I'm not related to them, lol.

08/08/2026: The food was good. We ordered a main course and dessert. We also received two delicious appetizers on the house. The service was enthusiastic and friendly. The vegetables were also very well received.

17/08/2026: Average salad. So-so... average service... Yes. !!!!! I would like to clarify something following the owner's response. My review concerns only our lunch experience, and not any catering services or professional collaboration with this establishment. We came for lunch as a team and simply asked if it would be possible to be seated at a table for six in the shade. The response, and especially the tone used at that time, seemed particularly unpleasant. Some of our interactions with the waiter also felt unwelcoming. I therefore find it regrettable that, rather than addressing the comments regarding our dining experience, the public response questions the legitimacy of our review by claiming it is "false" or published solely to respond to another review. I therefore stand by my opinion: our experience that day did not meet our expectations, particularly regarding the welcome and the way we were treated. This review simply reflects our experience as customers on that day. Other people may obviously have had a different experience.

30/08/2026: We were very disappointed by our lunchtime visit. We ordered the set menu: the "perfect egg" was undercooked and bland, the poultry dish uninteresting, and the dessert just okay. At no point did the waiter ask if we were satisfied. As residents of Nancy, we had a completely different impression of this restaurant. A huge disappointment...

06/09/2026: A wonderful (re)discovery. I had already dined there over 11 years ago. And by chance, my wife and I returned. A very pleasant experience. The setting is truly splendid. The welcome was top-notch. The cuisine was generous and excellent. The prices were reasonable. A place to visit again and again. We'll be back in winter to try their superb cheese dishes.
