23/12/2025: As a regular customer, I hadn't been back for a few months... I went two days in a row, a Friday and a Saturday, and I was disappointed. I don't know if they've changed pastry chefs, but for me, the pastries aren't as delicious anymore... They're less generous and less filled... And they're very different from the ones we used to be able to eat there.... We used to be able to find individual squirrel-shaped pastries... Something impossible to find now... On the other hand, the place is still as lovely as ever, and the staff is very friendly.

20/11/2025: I love this place; it feels just like home! They have a wide selection of breads, snacks, and pastries, all equally delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place for lunch or a cozy afternoon treat in a very pleasant setting. Go there, you won't be disappointed! 🙂

08/06/2025: This establishment was a wonderful discovery for us, who were just passing through to explore the historic sites of Verdun. The cuisine is refined and carefully prepared. The vegetables are to die for, a welcome change from the usual fries and rice. The gourmet coffee is very delicious, and the crème brûlée is very creamy. We were warmly welcomed, and the decor is quite pleasant. I recommend this unassuming establishment, located on the roadside in the hills above Verdun. Go there with your eyes closed.

10/07/2025: The stars confirm my impression. Great value for money. Example: 3 people 1 starter 3 main courses 2 desserts plus drinks for €90. What's there to complain about? Exactly! NOTHING Service staff also speak English, very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend stopping here.

07/02/2026: Well, the change in management isn't a good thing. The previous owner knew how to run her establishment. Service and food. For a Friday night family birthday celebration, we arrived at 7:15 pm. Watch in hand, tick-tock as soon as we sat down. "Would you like an aperitif?" "Yes." "Have you chosen?" "Well, no, we just arrived." The aperitif still wasn't finished... "Have you chosen?" "Uh, I'm still hesitating, but okay, I'll choose." Served without water or bread, you have to ask for it... Barely finished... "Would you like dessert?"... Tick-tock... And then the look of the dessert... 3 measly cream puffs sprinkled with powdered sugar. A portion from a gourmet restaurant with a mediocre taste. In short, we're from Verdun, and I got home before the big TF1 competition had even started... Appalling 🤬

07/02/2026: Very cold – long wait. We had to ask for water and bread. Tasteless pizza. Understaffed and overwhelmed. It's a shame, this place was very good under the previous owner... we won't be going back.

14/12/2025: We enjoyed a very good, hearty, and tasty couscous. It's not our first time stopping by, and once again, we were very satisfied. The welcome was warm and friendly; the owner is very nice. In short, we'll gladly return. I highly recommend it for a delicious couscous! 👍👍👍👍
