08/09/2024: Long wait, the staff only talks and laughs out loud but without any smile or hello for the customers!
But the worst part is not there, they take their phones with both hands between the orders and of course without washing their hands after preparing our orders 🤢
20/08/2024: My waffle was literally forgotten, as a result it was burnt, full of carbon and dry as can be. For 7.30 we don't expect a feat but at least not a sole.. It is unacceptable to serve your customers like this, which is a ha study in view of the comments preceding mine.
We feel like we are disturbing the person serving us. I ate there often but I will surely think more before coming to your place now..
2 stars for the person who made the cookies next door and was able to respond to me with sympathy

13/09/2024: Horrible, plates from another restaurant which had become a recycling center so I suppose the owners are the same too greasy cuisine, the cheese platter you eat rubber to avoid seafood if you want to lose 3 kg in spray the even evening don't hesitate you can go there

my husband and I asked for a board…. our eyes popped out of our sockets when we saw the note 😳😳😳😳😳😳€54 for a board, if it’s not a scam, what is it? I will never set foot in this bar again
08/08/2024: Very nice staff and good but not very good food. I ordered the "Gourmand" for breakfast: baguette with jam, a hot drink and fresh orange juice. Everything was perfect, but a bit expensive for €8. I also ordered extra pancakes, you get four small pancakes, which unfortunately really didn't taste good. Almost tasteless and above all an intense baking powder taste.
Therefore only 4 stars for the food.
However, the location is beautiful right in the city center and the staff is very friendly, so definitely not worse than 4 stars overall.

04/09/2024: What happened? The quality has gone down and that’s a shame! The meat of the kebab was very fatty, the wheat really average. Very average frozen fries. High prices considering the quality. The service that was once smiling is just friendly. We will not come back again!!

16/09/2024: I don't understand some of the comments.... It's not the best Chinese restaurant in France but I have never been disappointed or sick. On the other hand, the wait is long for drinks.

27/08/2024: Drive-thru service with rather pleasant staff but unfortunately a lot of things were missing and the fries were very lukewarm!
22/08/2024: You buy a MCflury caramel popcorn he forgets to put caramel no but the joke of the year you bring back the paper with the ice creams on it you ask which ice cream even though it is written briefly (the only person who in my opinion does well his job is the tall blond hair guy)

02/09/2024: Hello, I left a review some time ago in which I indicated my satisfaction with the diverse choices offered, and a problem with the presence of tomato/ketchup saves in the packaging of a sandwich which should not be included. contain (+note on the risk of allergy). I appreciated the fast service (this is still the case today) as well as the very reasonable price for the quality of the product (compared to PAUL where in comparison the prices are abusive since the quality is far below!). I then specified that I could only recommend this brand, at least that of the Muse. I just went back this afternoon and as you will have noticed, it is extremely hot outside but much hotter in your restaurant. I only took takeaway but I quickly felt the heat coming from my feet at the checkout. We suffer for a few minutes but honestly, what misery must it be for the employees?! Really personally I think that just an hour near the ovens or just in this heat, I would have felt unwell. Is it not possible to relieve employees by installing suitable air conditioning or a ceiling fan (or equivalent). It doesn't give a very good image of the treatment given to employees, I think. In any case I wondered since even outside I was already finding the temperature difficult to bear these days. I hope you can do something about it. Kind regards. PS: I am therefore allowing myself to lower the ambiance rating (but to increase that of the service which seems to have improved).
30/08/2024: DO NOT RECOMMEND! The fund is catastrophic. I got set on fire by the person at the checkout. Because we would have supposedly doubled knowing that this colleague invited us to pass. In short, arrogant

16/08/2024: The waitress who served us was very haughty and unpleasant, no smile throughout the service. We ordered Viennese chocolates, the glasses were a quarter full, it is unacceptable to send away glasses that are so lightly filled, especially for 5€. I don't recommend it at all. Unpleasant experience.
10/08/2024: Absolutely unfriendly service and bad drinks. I ordered a Gin & Tonic and was served half a fruit salad made from lemons and limes, garnished with marshmallow (!). Our two-year-old daughter played with the chairs a bit. The waitress brusquely forbade her to do this, which made our daughter cry.
We'll definitely never come back!
