08/08/2024: Very nice staff and good but not very good food. I ordered the "Gourmand" for breakfast: baguette with jam, a hot drink and fresh orange juice. Everything was perfect, but a bit expensive for €8. I also ordered extra pancakes, you get four small pancakes, which unfortunately really didn't taste good. Almost tasteless and above all an intense baking powder taste. Therefore only 4 stars for the food. However, the location is beautiful right in the city center and the staff is very friendly, so definitely not worse than 4 stars overall.

11/10/2024: An atypical place, like a feeling of being in Berlin. A building that has become a place dedicated to culture. UMJ allows jazz groups to rehearse in very good studio conditions with quality equipment.

24/10/2024: Les desserts sont très bons et nous venions occasionnellement ici, par contre le comportement de la chef de salle envers un couple de couleur nous a choqué. Alors que nous quittions la table ( pour 2 personnes ) ce couple venait d’arriver, là chef de salle leur a répondu qu’il n’y plus de table alors même que la nôtre était libre et non réservée. Nous avons dit à la chef que le couple pouvait prendre notre table, celle ci nous a ignoré en disant au couple que se n’était pas possible. Nous lui avons demandé pourquoi elle refusait à ces gens de s’attabler comme tout le monde mais elle a refusé de nous, en nous ignorant. Elle a fini par leur accorder cette table, de peur d’être considérée comme étant raciste. Ce couple se sentant humilié et rejeté a fini par partir. Pour ma part, le comportement de cette chef de salle est inacceptable, il est intolérable de traiter de la sorte des gens uniquement par leur couleur de peau. Cette dame n’a pas sa place dans cet établissement par ce genre de comportement elle peut entacher leur réputation. Une cliente déçue et un couple humilié à tort.

01/09/2024: There were six of us and we ordered cocktails. When we also asked for glasses of water, the waitress got annoyed and then told us curtly that she couldn't bring them on a tray. So we had to go find them ourselves. Once at the bar, the waiter spoke to us very badly, yelling at us and saying that he “didn’t have enough glass to serve water.” The staff is unfriendly and the welcome really leaves something to be desired. Given our experience and other similar reviews, I strongly advise against this place.

19/12/2025: The hotel is located a couple of minutes from the train station. If you arrive by car, they recommend an adjacent parking place. They'll arrange a special daily price as an Ibis guest, that you pay at hotel . Great service that should be adopted by other Ibis properties too. A very nice breakfast as per Ibis standards with local items. Chris at the front desk, was very knowledgeable and helpful

26/09/2025: We've booked the hotel last minute. Staff was very friendly! But the room was not very clean. In the shower water stayed and the shower rod was broken. I also would recommend breakfast there in terms of price/value, although what we've eat was fresh and coffee was good. It's ok to stay there overnight as a last minute option, but I would definitely find something else for a longer stay.

16/04/2024: A calamity for the neighborhood! Does not respect anything, closes well after 2 a.m., customer who screams in front of the establishment completely drunk with the owner even more drunk than them and who insults, threatens etc... Neighbors who complain about the noise at 4 a.m. ... Allows himself to privatize the parking spaces with ashtray and flower pot to be able to park his car for free after 7 p.m.... while we pay a subscription to see him privatize the spaces... Not to mention the use by his customers of the disabled place and all public spaces excluding parking when there are many of them. The boss likes to threaten 15 to 1 by inviting his customers, but the next day an organ raid is necessary and he files a complaint from man to man To flee

26/09/2024: We came with my daughter in a wheelchair in a PRM room. If the room and the bathroom are of good size and the staff is friendly, what can we say about this room marked “PRM”: A room at the end of a corridor cluttered with trolleys, a window onto the parking lot without a curtain, a sink not adapted, a shower without a suitable seat (a plastic folding chair was nevertheless brought to us but no security or stability...), no support bars neither in the shower nor in the toilet... in short we will not come back to it 🤷‍ ♀️😡

12/08/2024: Order on Uber pizza queen. I added curry sauce which was very present but the garnish is really very little. The dough is good, the cream didn't make it dry but the thick strips of ham scattered around don't make you want it too much. Too bad because the service was fast. Ps: I was very sick and vomited.

13/06/2024: I ordered wings, they were not cooked yet pink and had a weird juice inside, and my friend ordered a kebab, the meat had a very strong taste that was hiding something. Too expensive for what it is, look elsewhere.
