The service is as exceptional as the location: the servers are incredibly kind, displaying a rare level of attentiveness and friendliness. You immediately feel at ease thanks to a truly fantastic team. As for the food, it's flawless: Presentation: The dishes are magnificent, veritable works of art. Taste: The quality of the food is outstanding, a pure delight. The whole experience unfolds in a very pleasant calm, ideal for fully enjoying the evening. We had a wonderful time and will return with immense pleasure. I highly recommend it!

11/04/2026: I often stay at this hotel for work. It's just steps from the train station, an ideal location! The rooms vary in comfort, but overall they're quite decent. Thanks to Brigitte for cleaning the room. The breakfast is good and varied. Special mention goes to the plain stirred yogurt – it's absolutely divine! A real treat! I also want to highlight the warm welcome and kindness of the staff. A special 5/5 to Chris and Manon, who go above and beyond to satisfy guests with kindness and helpfulness. 14/04/2026: Absolutely not recommended...no one even asked us what we wanted to drink... We had to go to the bar ourselves! Empty plates...most of them weren't refilled. Desserts were practically nonexistent. I strongly advise against going there.

20/04/2026: We waited 20 minutes before being served, while the next table arrived later and their order was taken immediately. The food was bland, and the cooking temperature was far from ideal. My friend's pizza was so thin you could see right through it. A couple near the kitchen were even less patient than us and left before eating. I will never return to this establishment and I strongly advise against it. Everything needs to be redone. They need a manager to coach the staff in the dining room and kitchen. Everyone is scattered and disorganized. We left without ordering dessert or coffee, which was a bit of a loss for them.

20/04/2026: My partner and I have visited this establishment twice already and have had a wonderful time each time. The setting is beautiful, the food excellent and good value for money, and the staff are friendly. We highly recommend this place.

25/12/2025: Well received. Friendly staff. Starter: delicious grilled scallops. Followed by bland, reheated frogs' legs. Too much salad compared to the frogs. People were noisy, each one on top of the other, and upon request, a jar of store-bought mayonnaise was provided! More like a cafeteria than a restaurant, in my opinion!

20/12/2025: A shame, the setting was nice but the plate of spaghetti with scampi was bland, unsalted, and lacked garlic.

12/01/2026: Great little corner bar in Metz. Friendly staff and a view directly across the bridge. The restrooms are so-so... but I wasn't there to use the toilet anyway 😉

05/01/2025: We were most impressed by the friendliness, happiness of the main lady who greeted us as we came in from a cold night. The service was perfect and the meal was wonderful for two cold hungry travellers. To be greeted with such a wonderful smile and a feeling that you were very welcome and valued as a customer was so refreshing. Thank you for the very satisfying burger and particularly the very smart, respectful lady who made the place so warm and welcoming for us.

22/12/2024: I recently dined at this restaurant and it was a lovely experience. The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere immediately put me at ease. What struck me the most was the kindness of the staff, who really cared about our well-being throughout the meal.

10/04/2026: The best brioche, soft and warm. We bought one to try, and a little while later we bought 3 more!

08/04/2026: Huge disappointment. The brioche was sold warm/undercooked. We realized after 10 minutes that it had completely collapsed in the bag. When we went back to the bakery and explained the problem, we were brushed off. The saleswoman said she had clearly explained that we had to keep the bag open and that it was therefore our fault. There was no offer of a replacement because "we'll have to throw it away if we take it back." So we arrived at our friends' house with our squashed brioche, but luckily we had some chocolates from Maison Caffet, which saved the day.

25/03/2026: A community-run restaurant. It's not fine dining. But for a small budget, the food isn't bad. They used to have pizza on Wednesdays, and it was very good. Good for students or a quick and easy meal. Just like school cafeteria food!

24/01/2026: Group of 40 people: meal OK, room OK (sound system, projection, microphones) + great welcome coffee in the room, with fruit juice, fresh fruit and mini pastries. No time wasted on lunch break, it's in the room next door!

19/03/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! The saleswoman started serving me (I was the only customer in the store) then answered the phone and completely forgot about me…!!! She was busy with the customer on the phone, and when I pointed it out, she told me that "people are no longer patient," and not a single smile from beginning to end.
