26/07/2026: Great experience thanks to Ali who gave us a super warm welcome and great advice. The fries were excellent: fresh and perfectly crispy. The atmosphere and decor were really nice. We'll be back!

20/07/2026: To begin with, we had a table reserved for 9 PM and were seated at 9:40 PM. Four of us ordered the same dish, but one of us was served spoiled meat that smelled awful. The chef's reaction was, "No, it doesn't smell," while the waitress's reaction was, "Oh yes, the meat stinks." Luckily, the two waitresses took good care of us and offered us a bottle of champagne. The spoiled meat was charged to the bill—a disgrace.

20/04/2026: I went to eat on the terrace with my dog ​​and my best friend. The waiters/waitresses were friendly, smiling, and efficient. We were served very quickly, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I wasn't disappointed, especially since I was worried my dog ​​might be a nuisance, but in the end, everything went very well.

28/07/2026: So-so, bad service, order error, they prefer to chat amongst themselves rather than serve customers. The staff is incompetent and dejected, and having been a regular at Moulin Bleu, I will never go to the one in Metz again.

14/07/2026: Delicious brioches with chocolate, sugar, or sugared raisins. They taste really good and are sometimes even still slightly warm.

20/07/2026: Arriving at this bakery early in the morning, we pointed out a hair on a glazed croissant. The only response was to remove the hair, without replacing the pastry, which is far from acceptable. After some deliberation, we finally opted for simple croissants with a Capri-Sun. Once back in our car, we noticed that the Capri-Sun was dirty, with what looked like icing residue on the wrapper. As for the pastries, they were truly disappointing and uninteresting. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this bakery.

14/03/2026: A superb experience! The waiter (perhaps the owner) had a great sense of humor. The food was excellent, and everyone found something they enjoyed. We were there for a birthday celebration, and we were treated to a birthday candle and music 👍 Highly recommended!

10/03/2026: Bad experience at Santa Maria or La Pagaille, we don't know their real name… Very few options for vegetarians to begin with. For starters, they were out of burrata, so we ordered a Caesar salad without bacon (and therefore without mushrooms or other accompaniments). There were no croutons, tomatoes, eggs, or onions in it (even though it was listed on the menu). When we pointed this out (only about the egg), we waited ten minutes for a tiny egg cut in half – if that isn't a rip-off… The salad consisted solely of a huge amount of crème fraîche, a few mushrooms and potatoes, and lettuce, all for €16… The waiter who took our payment didn't even ask if we were satisfied with our meal, so of course we mentioned it, and they gave us the salad for free anyway. How I miss the old Santa Maria, light years away from this restaurant. I won't be back.

25/07/2026: Very nice location with a nice view. But the service was horrible. We ordered two coffees and we were asked why we order only one dish, when we where two people. The tone overall was harsh. Interestingly the cola we ordered was expired ~6 weeks ago (see picture)

02/07/2026: Good food at good prices with fast service and a terrace where you can listen to the sound of the river.

12/06/2026: Disappointed 😞 We went to this bar for the first time. The welcome was friendly, and the shooter menu looked interesting at €20 for 12, a great opportunity to share a moment as a couple... We asked what type of rum was in it. We were told it was Martinique rum! Great, I'm from Martinique! The tasting began, and so did the disappointment... there was no taste of rum at all; it was a drink full of syrup and one drop of...??? To top it all off, when another customer asked what rum was used, they told him it was Damoiseau 🤣 The waiter didn't seem to know anything about rum, let alone "infused" rums—ideal for rum syrup lovers...

14/04/2026: A more than perfect welcome, fresh, seasonal cuisine, cooked in a family style, generously topped pizzas with exceptional taste... a delicious dinner, a steak tartare made to order with masterful skill... what more can I say except perfect! ^^^....Thank you to the whole team for this exceptional moment, a welcome escape from the dreary everyday! ^^.....
