29/01/2026: Hello, we think it would be helpful to review this with more recent reviews! We made a reservation for a birthday. On the day, we received a call two hours beforehand to cancel our reservation. Given our disappointment (we're new to Angoulême), we were eager to try the restaurant... after 10 minutes, they offered us takeout. You can do takeout but not dine in? 🤔🤔 We went to "Jardin de Kashmir," which we know, and at least there was no disappointment. A big THANK YOU to them for having us. We'll be looking for somewhere else in Angoulême to eat good couscous.

04/10/2026: Super kebab ! Personnel super !

28/09/2026: It's a disgrace how they can serve customers such awful tacos! The tacos were inedible, oily dumplings for €8.50. I can find better elsewhere. And for a restaurant that claims to be the best kebab in Bordeaux, well, I can tell you it's the worst kebab in Bordeaux. The time we spent in the toilet after the tacos was disgusting. The tacos tasted like motor oil. The staff were incredibly unpleasant. I only had 30 minutes to eat, and they were already taking their sweet time, even though we were the first customers. Honestly, get out of here as fast as you can! Everything was deplorable and disgusting. I wouldn't even give it to my dog. Half of it ended up in the bin. It's a disgrace to still be serving this in 2026!

02/09/2026: I just bought a vanilla éclair for over €3 that I couldn't even finish because it tasted so bad (rancid) and the choux pastry was clearly past its prime. It's really disappointing and I regret not reading the other Google reviews before going.

18/08/2026: The croque monsieur was okay, although not hot enough. The quiche was a bit too salty.

24/08/2026: The food was very good, contrary to what some other reviews say; however, the North African staff were extremely rude and austere. I've never seen anything like it.

11/10/2026: Beware, this is a scam of the century! I bought a handful of olives for €10!! I didn't dare return them, but I absolutely do not recommend them.

08/10/2026: He's a charming con artist! I bought a €10 sandwich, not bad but not cheap. He offered me fries...OK. Then a drink, supposedly homemade lemonade, which I paid €7 for instead of €9. That's way too expensive, and in the end, it all cost me €24. He didn't even show me the total on the machine. What a shame!
