05/06/2026: A very warm welcome, lovely decor with numerous photos and texts by writers in the stairwell and dining room. Each room is named after a writer with photos on the walls (we had Simone de Beauvoir). Truly charming and welcoming.

19/05/2026: A very pleasant hotel (dedicated to literature) in the center of La Charité-sur-Loire. The managers are very friendly. There's a shelter for bicycles inside the courtyard, and a small, cozy, and quiet outdoor area (unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it). Our room (Molière) was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The breakfasts were very generous, and the manager was attentive to guests' needs. We were able to park without any problem in front of the hotel. We spent several nights in this peaceful hotel after spending days exploring the surrounding area. A lovely find.

09/05/2026: Great pizzas. Friendly owner and service. Highly recommended. Our favorite pizzeria 🍕... Terrace overlooking the Loire River. Reservations recommended.

01/05/2026: Magnificent location, lovely terrace with breathtaking views of the Loire and La Charité. Friendly welcome and service, wide selection of dishes and pizzas (good crust and a variety of fresh and original toppings). Well done!

04/08/2026: Good evening, I ordered 4 pizzas today. The dough wasn't cooked, there was a whole piece of chicken (thigh), which is unacceptable. And don't even get me started on the ham, which was cut into large pieces. The cream was dripping everywhere. It was clearly done hastily, with no regard for quality. That's why they offered a bottle of wine. I've attached photos. I won't be back.

04/08/2026: The pizza wasn't great and wasn't cooked properly (see photo in comments). I wonder if the free bottle of wine was some kind of apology.
