27/01/2025: I had an amazing dining experience at Le Champ Mars. The food was absolutely delicious, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by Tom and Kevin. Tom was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect, while Kevin's friendly and professional attitude made me feel right at home speaking Portuguese. It's rare to find such a welcoming team that truly enhances the dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend!

27/01/2025: One of the most expensive coffees. Hardly you can taste any coffee. Just water. The same with chocolate. I don’t mind to pay more than average for basic drinks but let’s make it worth it. I guess you pay for the location.

10/09/2024: I had high expectations when we chose going to this restaurant after shopping, given its iconic location in the heart of The Bon Marché, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. The service, in particular, was quite disappointing. While placing our order, our server, was more focused on chatting with a neighboring table than paying attention to us. He didn’t even make eye contact during our interaction. To make matters worse, he was forgetful and unresponsive. We had to repeatedly ask for water, which eventually arrived after a long wait, and the coffee we ordered was completely forgotten. The server mentioned we wouldn’t be charged for the coffee due to the long delay, which we appreciated. However, when we received the bill, the coffee was still listed. When we pointed this out, he insisted it couldn’t be removed from the bill, despite what he had promised earlier. While paying for the coffee wasn’t an issue for us, it’s the principle of making a promise and not following through that left a bad impression. Overall, the service was mediocre, especially for a restaurant in such a renowned location. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

28/08/2024: Restaurant worthy of La Grande Épicerie. On the menu: Caesar, goat's cheese and romaine salads, then a burrata tomato. They were fresh and full of flavor; the white wine was very good. To finish, we enjoyed a gourmet coffee to taste several desserts and a large fruit salad. No regrets, everything was excellent. We recognize here the quality of Grand'Ep products. The staff was very professional, smiling and worthy of the setting in which we had lunch. It's the PERFECT place for lunch after strolling around Le Bon Marché.

24/09/2024: It really was delicious and portion was so big that I really felt full. I ordered Piccata De Veau but it has much more options which really seems good

13/09/2024: I had a Nutella crepe, honestly the worst crepe I've eaten in my life. It already costs €5 even though it’s a reheated crepe. I felt like I was eating butter 🤮

10/09/2024: Good food, a very friendly and efficient waitress, prices "in line with the norm" in the area. Alright !

10/09/2024: Pleasant welcome and rather quick service. I allowed myself to make a simple reflection on the rather sparse quantity of fries served with my croque-madame which still sold for 17.50 euros. The waitress replied that I just had to recommend a plate in a very casual tone. The food is ok but I expected better especially after seeing the photos on the site. This is disappointing because the setting is really pleasant.

14/08/2024: Really disappointed, I asked for balsamic sauce, I have olive oil but in huge quantity, my salad was inedible and oily. I've been coming here for several years but to be served by a person who doesn't understand French well is a real shame! In the end trash, disappointment, to flee in August

20/08/2024: Getting worse and worse for the quality, sandwich bread is so stuffy with the minimum possible in it, small donuts that aren't even fresh, and a tartlet like that. As for the smile or the friendliness, we’re not there either. More and more disappointing… and increasingly high prices for declining quality…

17/08/2024: Always grab a pain au chocolat with a coffee at this franchise but for whatever reason the pain au chocolat was mushy and the cappuccino was probably the worst I had in a while. For 7.5€ for coffee and a pain à chocolat, that’s a rip off. The staff was super friendly though.

28/09/2024: Very rude waiter, expensive coffee

18/09/2024: Good cocktails, sparsely stocked charcuterie board and a little expensive, although you're used to Parisian prices but for €20 3 pieces of industrial ham is a little expensive. Server as friendly as a bitter grandmother, although a little less so. We come for a drink while being very polite and we are dealing with the Berlin Wall but in a very stupid version. Sorry for disturbing.

20/09/2024: 13€ a pint, LOL. No card under €15, LOL x2. We'll leave that to the tourists.

27/01/2025: Typical welcome from a brasserie, instant and direct (in full service). Table offered immediately, the friendly waiter gave us time to choose, the cuisine was very up to the standards of a brasserie both on the dishes and the gourmet coffees/teas/chocolates for dessert, the service was quick. Thanks to the Gers waiter for his good humor and humor, with all due respect to the customers of other tables who perhaps should have chosen a starred restaurant given their attitude. Small downside actually in terms of smells (from toilets and soap) for the proximity of certain tables to the staircase leading to the toilets which are regularly used by visitors from neighboring museums in addition to customers and staff. Regular prices for a brasserie at the foot of a major Parisian museum. Fans of distant tables and dedicated service go your way, for those who like friendly places typical of bars/breweries go there.

07/12/2024: The food was great value and the staff were brilliant - especially Tony who made our day special by looking after us so well. We liked it so much we went back the next night .

23/09/2024: No toilets (excluding services) unacceptable in this type of franchise. Especially considering the price, and the poor service, an unpleasant waitress, a waiter who doesn't even know these products. I strongly advise against!!!

22/09/2024: The services are still not working. The waiter service doesn't work either. The bread with raw chocolate, the painful coffee. Shit like a house. Gentlemen of Starbucks, close this, it's sad.
