26/03/2024: Truly delicious, simple and super authentic. Like in Japan. The cook was adorable with his big smile and his kindness. YUM, what a good meal I ate.
16/03/2024: 5* for the excellent quality-quantity-price ratio. Small, tiny Japanese restaurant, but very good food. I went there twice, the crispy chicken with sweet soy and yuzu sauce is delicious (I forgot the Japanese name, torikatsu tonkatsu don?, 16.50), the vegetable lamen are tasty. The miso soup is also very tasty. I know that some colleagues often take out... it's a good sign, especially since the quantities are generous and in the kitchen they are quick. At lunchtime, it's better to arrive before 12:15 p.m. or after 1:30 p.m. if you want a table, otherwise it's full.

17/03/2024: New visit, and always a nice evening.
Tasting menu, after interesting appetizers, scallops with snail sauce, original and very good, but above all virtuoso cooking.
Pollack and purees of various carrots, and again a breathtaking cooking.
Guinea fowl supreme, vin jaune sauce, good, cheese, in fact cancoillotte, citrus pre-dessert, fresh, light chocolate dessert, excellent, flavors, textures, cuteness...squash...or something like that, meh.
Overall excellent dinner with more than mastered cooking.
Good choice of wines, including half bottles.
The only downside was that the service, although very pleasant and attentive, was a little less efficient than on our previous visits.
We will come back...
06/02/2024: Good restaurant, and nice address, but lack of support when announcing the dishes to know what we are going to discover, no advice from the sommelier, a little lack of warmth unfortunately, despite some very interesting dishes.

With a special mention for the Carpaccio (Signature starter) and for dessert the Magnificent Tiramisu prepared live before your eyes, just Topissime!
We just regret that the room is so small that this explains the difficulty in obtaining a reservation...
22/03/2024: I had dinner there at the end of February. Thanks to everyone especially to the kitchen, to the chefs the dishes were delicious. The service was amazing thanks to Yucef and Giuseppe.

17/03/2024: Very good restaurant, the service is remarkable, very pleasant and welcoming waitresses. I really enjoyed it. restaurant also beautiful inside. I was greeted by a very young waitress who immediately put me at ease. I am absolutely not disappointed with the detour, I recommend this restaurant 100%!!!

Tout était fait avec goût et discrétion.
Bonne qualité gastronomique de l'entrée au dessert.
Superbe cuisson du maigre.
Un point d'honneur pour le Paris Brest.
22/03/2024: Magnifique restaurant !!ambiance cosy au sein de l’hôtel San Regis accueil au top , service aux petits soins, menu excellent , plats de qualité avec une très belle présentation bref que du bonheur ce déjeuner avec nos amis je recommande vivement ce restaurant de plus 45€ pour entrée plat dessert !!

30/03/2024: Overrated, clearly not up to a 4.8, the place is not incredible for eating lunch, very little space, door open, it's cold. Burger good but not incredible either. Disappointed.
14/03/2024: I really love the vibe of the place, the owner is very welcoming and has great vibes, and as a vegan I had two burger options which I have tried on 2 different occasions, both were really good and I will definitely come back! Vegans, we are welcomed here 🌱❤️🤞😊

15/03/2024: I'm posting this positive but more nuanced opinion: the fish is fresh and the sushi is very good but not enough to blow your mind either. Most Parisian sushi is very average, stay at this address if you don't want to be disappointed.
Don't expect to take a taste trip to Japan as some comments suggest 💭

25/03/2024: Smiling service and good advice, top cuisine (tuna with yuzzu, octopus, langoustine but also desserts).
I should have given it five stars if it hadn't been for this detail which is hard to go unnoticed given the quality of the whole thing: the bread! Certainly the simple baguette that is served could be replaced by something more elaborate, but above all it should be fresh throughout the service. However, in the middle of the service we were served bread that had visibly been in the oven so that it regained a second freshness.
I really make this criticism in a constructive way as this point was at odds with the rest.

06/03/2024: I was there to visit the exposition on 2nd floor. Apparently no one knows when does it open! The restaurant on the first floor told me it’ll be open at 13h, so I waited there until the other person who works from upstairs told me it’ll be open next week or after next week!! On the website it is written open at 12h! Really bad organization!
03/03/2024: Beautiful salmon and herring tasting platters and the fish was so fresh. Highly recommend. I used the website and booked twenty minutes in advance. No trouble getting seated at lunchtime

17/02/2024: Superb experience, the top chef is a treat both on the plate and in the eyes and always smiling and funny he gave us a great show the beef was tender a real delight and our table companions that we didn't know were very friendly it’s a very good address to remember
