01/04/2024: Bad experience, cold dough.. uncooked mushroom, water in the beer glass disappointed!!
Didn't even have time to have the aperitif as the dish had already arrived, drink a cooktail and eat it blah blah
30/03/2024: Disappointed - poor service - 1 person who eats only one dish arrives 30 minutes after the first after complaint - the feeling of being disturbed and the head waiter who tells us to be happy to welcome 11 people rather than 9!!! While 3 people are on a table of 2 people!
Why welcome if you are not able to provide??

04/04/2024: We always have a great time at salad and co, we enjoy it, there is just the glasses where you have to look carefully because in quite a few there are leftovers of food....
I'm not talking about signs of wear on the glasses, but chocolate stains or something else...
Apart from this detail which has the gift of exasperating my daughter lol... Otherwise I recommend.

01/04/2024: Small restaurant typical of old estaminets. Warm atmosphere of candles in table lighting. Friendly staff and above all a huge variety of extra dishes from North Flemish. Recommended but above all you need to book. Parking lots nearby and close to the train station.

06/04/2024: The increasingly smaller portions, 16 fries (I counted them), no toppings, 1 bowl and your meat, extra for everything, you have lunch with the welcome bowl of salad during the meal. And we give you the bill at the same time as your dessert🤔

05/04/2024: I love KFC and this experience has put me off it. Food was poor, hardly any lettuce in the burger, overcooked dry/chewy chicken, and general feel of dirt and grime in the restaurant.

02/04/2024: Today 04/02/2024 review the basics of reception or management we don't say wait quickly.. and we don't pause the order on the car window either and just a good evening that would be- is it difficult to say? I don't know if it's because there is no manager or something else, but I think your teams either need to be changed or reframed. I'm not for Google reviews, it's still bad advertising, but here it is. is borderline disrespectful I understand that it is a fast food but it remains a restaurant with the basics of service and it is really lamentable we came several evenings to Macdo Arras we will go back to the one in Dainville which having said that are already much more Polite and pleasant and I think that criticizing a customer who has returned several times does not interest other customers, good luck to you, hoping that you remain open but react!
02/04/2024: Going to the drive-thru, lack of politeness, you have to review the basics of welcoming customers and in addition forgetting sauces again.. this is not the first time that I have had a bad experience here

03/04/2024: Usually very good but lately it has let us down on service and good quality a few times. Steaks were excessively burnt on the outside, and once we're dry all the way through. On Easter weekend 2024 both toilets were out of service, forcing us to walk to McDonald's to use theirs. What a shame for an otherwise great place for a good value family meal.
