30/03/2024: I regularly go to this restaurant for lunch with customers and suppliers.
It’s perfect. I recommend the beef paradise. The meat is very tender and tasty. The homemade sauce “whose recipe is secret” is simply succulent. The fries cut into matchsticks are unlimited. For beer lovers, a page24 or an anosteke will perfectly accompany this dish. For red wine lovers, I suggest St Nicolas de Bourgueil.
You can go there with your eyes closed. Everyone I take there appreciates this restaurant. Remember to call to reserve if there are many of you.

23/03/2024: This establishment disappointed me as a customer. I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered one product and they brought me a completely different one. After my remark, the employee refused to replace the order. But before that, he looked at my burger with his bare hands, phew. The level of hygiene is appalling. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.
23/03/2024: He got the order wrong, both burgers were touched with his hands and instead of making a new burger according to the order, he just put the right ingredient.

2 forgotten dishes... which arrived when everyone had finished eating.
No drinks at the table
missing 1 fork that we requested but which did not arrive...
Drinks served at the end of the meal!!!
We ask for the dessert menu..
Still no one after 20 minutes....
We therefore left very disappointed with this evening.
To avoid undeniably.
Change profession or management.

The floor was reserved by us, the meal was very good.
Concerning the service, special mention to Soraya, who demonstrated great efficiency, she is a professional, smiling, caring waitress who ensured that this group (there were many of us) lacked nothing.
Congratulations to her and the teammates who accompanied her.

05/04/2024: Very disappointed, I ordered around 10 p.m. and frankly ordered bacon cheddar fries (0 bacon), overcooked steak (black), 0 sauce, and I had 2 cokes even though I had 1 coke and a minute maid. It's not the first time and an order for 40 € to have that frankly very disappointed.
05/04/2024: Still missing a few things today 6 nuggets a missing coke at the price where we pay a minimum at least the order is complete it will be another McDo or other restaurant

03/04/2024: Specialties from the north plus Alpine specialties and of course burgers. Everything freshly prepared with high quality ingredients. There is also a very nice view of the Grande Place.
02/04/2024: warm atmosphere, and very beautiful decor! friendly and professional service. We had a Welsh lunch. We know this dish well and it was not up to par. Average quality for the so important cheddar, average cooking. Bread and ham ditto. Disappointed with the dish but we will try something else next time.

I highly recommend this restaurant where we ate as a family this Monday, April 1st. My husband and I and my 2 sons were not disappointed.
We had a warm welcome from the owner and the service was truly impeccable.
The dishes are all excellent as are the desserts. A delight for the taste buds.

27/03/2024: More than 40 minutes of waiting, no one at the cash desk so I advance to the upper window where I am literally attacked by the woman in a white shirt, I suppose a manager with a pink bow tie in her hair, ultra unpleasant, haughty who says without letting us say a word it's amazing to see the way in which managers address customers it's really aberrant this woman is odious I don't even understand how this is possible.

31/03/2024: My setting is fantastic, the food was exceptional. Efficient service until the end when the hiccup happened
We bring the desserts without having cleared the plates of the dishes, we ask to pay the bill while we eat the desserts without worrying if we needed coffee or others... Of course I can understand that it was the end of the service but with a rating of 3 of almost 200 euros we would have appreciated having a minimum service. I know that it's a difficult job and that it's not spending money that gives us all the rights, but there is a minimum nonetheless. This is why I don't give 5 stars
