15/02/2026: Extremely disappointed, this place doesn't deserve one star. Our Valentine's Day dinner was a disaster. The food was served cold, the service was appalling, and the wait was interminable; we were seated at the table for four hours. We will never return.
15/02/2026: Upon arrival at the hotel, the welcome was perfect. The place is magnificent.
However, once we got to the hotel restaurant, the nightmare began.
Disastrous service, cold food, and don't even get me started on the wait (1 hour and 10 minutes between each course). Running a restaurant isn't something you can just wing. Leave it to the professionals and go sell snacks instead.
I think that would be better.

22/06/2026: I ordered a rare burger and they brought me a shoe leather sandwiched between two slices of bread. I asked if it was possible to change it (which the friendly waiter agreed to) and they brought me pretty much the same thing...
03/06/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant. I ordered a steak that arrived way overcooked. After sending it back to the kitchen, it was served again, but undercooked, cold, and topped with cheese that hadn't even melted.
The Maroilles sauce was just as disappointing: there were chunks of unmelted cheese and the sauce was unevenly prepared.
Unfortunately, the service didn't improve things. From the moment I arrived, the staff couldn't tell me what the daily special was, which gave a general impression of a lack of professionalism and preparation.
Between the cooking errors, the poor quality of the side dishes, and the amateurish service, this experience was a real disappointment. I do not recommend this establishment in its current state.

13/07/2026: It's good, but still quite expensive for what is served compared to other chip shops in the area, but that's what you expect in the city centre of Arras, it's bound to be more expensive.

25/08/2024: Nothing to say except that the tables are a little too close together, lack of space. The dishes are very good, quite varied, the service system is a very good idea (ordering on a portable tablet for unlimited service) and a fair price. Thank you for this lunch 😊
24/08/2024: Very good experience. There is a choice of dishes. The dishes are very well prepared and tasty. The chicken meatballs are exceptional! Regarding the Sushi, nothing to say, simply good.
The staff is welcoming, fast and efficient.
Point of improvement: provide a stand or support separate from the table for the tablets, because they take up space and limit us in ordering dishes.

12/04/2024: On est rentrés. On a attendu 10 mn. Personne n'est venu. On est repartis...Dommage... Ce n'était pas complet mais on a trouvé ailleurs. Donc tout va bien.

04/07/2024: Accueil, service impeccable. Andouillette aux maroilles bonne mais l'assiette devrait arriver chaude pour que les petits légumes en accompagnement le restent.
Je commande un cheesecake au citron vert car en suggestion sur leur ardoise. Je le mange (ma femme le goûte) en constatant qu'il n'a pas de saveur car pas sucré (trop peu ou pas du tout) ... Le patron en réponse nous dit qu'il vont en goûter un pour voir sauf que je repars sans savoir le fin mot de ce cheesecake et donc sans dédommagement....
