09/08/2026: The welcome was good, but I expected much better. We ordered two Cokes for €7 and ended up with two 33cl cans (not indicated on the menu). The couscous lacked flavor; only the meat was good. The vegetables were crunchy, not tender, which is a shame. A bit disappointed.

29/07/2026: Board is out advertising food. Google says open until 1700 (we know not always accurate). Go in kitchen closed at 1440 on a Wednesday afternoon. Wouldn't let us buy a drunk and sit outside with our sandwich bought at supermarket

18/07/2026: Twice I asked for a noisette, explaining that it was a coffee with a little milk…twice I only got milk. A real shame for a place I used to enjoy.

20/09/2026: We went in for a crepe, but they refused it. So we ordered a milkshake and a Nutella waffle. The waffle was plain with little jars of Nutella on the side, which wasn't great. Then the milkshake I ordered, vanilla, arrived strawberry! I don't recommend it.

15/09/2026: "A wonderful discovery! The welcome at Brussel's Café was warm and the service attentive from beginning to end. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. A real treat from appetizer to dessert. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. 22/08/2026: I was with a friend; the restaurant was empty, with only one table occupied. We took a table in the corner, near the wall. He moved the table away from the wall a little to be more comfortable (he's tall and needs space). The owner came in, didn't say hello, just said, "Oh no, that won't work," and pushed the table against the wall. A few minutes later, no one had taken our order, so she moved the table away from the wall a few centimeters again. She came back and did it again. We explained that we weren't comfortable, and she replied that we needed to leave some space between the table and the one next to it. This table was unoccupied, the restaurant was empty, and the closing time for customers was five minutes later. We told her that if someone came, they would move the table, and that there was plenty of space anyway. She refused and told us that if we weren't happy, we could leave... great customer service. I'll never go back there.

27/06/2026: A disastrous experience. A checkout lane was open this Saturday at lunchtime due to staff shortages (according to the cashier). What is management doing about it?

25/07/2026: I'm giving 5 stars so as not to be unfair to the brand, but I have to say the quality varies from one order to the next. Sometimes it's pretty good, which is understandable since it's not very expensive. Other times, it's bland, and you end up in the bathroom in the middle of the night. In short, the products aren't consistent. It's a shame, because we go there often.

18/07/2026: Ten of us came looking for a place to watch the World Cup semi-final, as there aren't any big screens in the city. We received a warm welcome, had drinks, and watched the match on a small TV. It was a nice, intimate atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

14/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience at Domino's Arras! The team is amazing, and the manager is truly professional, welcoming, and attentive. It's a pleasure to see such excellent service and such a friendly team. Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! I recommend it 100%! 🍕🔥

08/09/2026: The lady with glasses gave us a superb welcome, however, her colleagues left her alone to prepare orders while they chatted in the back – not very professional when 5-6 customers were waiting. Apart from her, the lady was very polite and professional.

03/11/2025: I'm leaving this review because it's not the first time this has happened. When I go to drop off several games, maybe 15 or 20, the guy serving us breathes in my face and says he doesn't want to, and when he scans them he says it's a pain in the ass right in front of me, completely showing he doesn't want to do his job. You need to review your staff because this is the second time this has happened and I won't be back.

30/08/2025: Great!! We were in a hurry for our medical appointment and everything was accommodated.

13/09/2026: Completely unprofessional establishment. We booked for 1:30 PM this Saturday. Arrived at 1:20 PM, half an hour later, and were never served. They just gave a quick gesture to indicate they were coming, but we never saw them, even though the lunch service had finished. I will never go back.

20/05/2026: I really appreciate this friendly brasserie. Unbeatable value for money. The deviled eggs as a starter are a must. I'm looking forward to trying the special "Whit Monday" menu and I hope to have the chance to try the calf's head with gribiche sauce.... A rare and welcoming establishment.
