07/05/2026: We made a reservation this Sunday, May 3rd (wedding anniversary). It was a superb discovery! The welcome was warm and very professional. Our choices of dishes, including a trio of mussels, were a delight. The decor was equally impressive and perfectly complemented the menu.
We will definitely be back!
01/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, the owners are very kind and attentive to their customers.
We came on May 1st at lunchtime, two adults and a child; the whole family had a wonderful time.
The dishes are very good and generous (mussels marinière, steak with eggs and peppers, and pasta with salmon), and the desserts…excellent!!!
The establishment is very well run!!!
We highly recommend it!!!!

Special thanks to Zoé who was wonderful to us, she was incredibly kind, and also to Gaëtan for the little Harry Potter pins, that was so thoughtful of him!
15/05/2026: The opening hours listed on Google are completely wrong. It says they're open until 1 AM, but they actually close the kitchen at 10:45 PM. It's shameful for a chain like Au Bureau to lie about its opening hours. Avoid it. If you lie about your hours, you'll lie about everything else...

21/04/2026: A disappointing evening at a restaurant that was otherwise highly rated and recommended by the local press. Despite high expectations, the dishes turned out to be bland: tasteless chicken, unconvincing slow cooking, very dry ribs, and an insufficient portion of fries. Considering the prices, the quality is clearly not up to par.
01/03/2026: I stumbled upon this place and left delighted. Very good, very beautiful, very friendly.
A wonderful discovery.

06/05/2026: A pleasant setting, warm and friendly service, and delicious food; in short, another great time spent at this restaurant.
I also tried their new Sunday brunch menu last month, and it was a 100% success thanks to the variety and freshness of the dishes and ingredients. There's something for everyone, young and old.
An Arras address to (re)discover, without hesitation.

28/04/2026: A very nice restaurant that can accommodate large groups, with a great atmosphere.
We ate very well, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Our only complaint was the wait to be served (on a Saturday).
We'll be back.
27/04/2026: The minced steak was undercooked and still pink, the fries were barely lukewarm, the drinks were served immediately, but the mussels arrived 40 minutes later! You'd think they'd gone fishing at sea! The fries were lukewarm, just like other reviews: customers who arrived later were served first! The waitresses didn't know how to fix the situation, and in the kitchen, you wonder if they have enough staff. Luckily, Estebetch didn't come by, even just for the sake of speed... You can't say they were overwhelmed, there were few tables occupied... Seriously, this is the second time in two years, nothing has changed, I'm done.

14/03/2026: An absolutely fantastic Karaoke night! The welcome was incredibly warm; Isa immediately put us at ease and created a friendly and festive atmosphere. The food was truly excellent, the dishes were delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for having a great time. Everything was there for a successful evening! A real gem, we'll definitely be back. A must-visit! 🎉🍽️

And the whole team is truly dedicated. I have a particular weakness for the chocolate mousse for dessert!

17/02/2026: A very warm welcome for my daughter and me. We were in a hurry and it was late for lunch. We ate very well, the setting is bright, white with a few vibrant pops of color. A very pleasant experience, we will be back.
15/02/2026: What can I say... Passion, conviction, value, and a real treat. Vincent in the dining room and Stéphane in the kitchen go above and beyond to offer quality products at very reasonable prices, along with attentive and meticulous service. This place is filled with good vibes and kindness.

15/05/2026: Excellent crêperie in Arras! The crêpes are generous, well-filled, and truly delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff remains friendly despite the crowds. One small drawback: the wait can be quite long. But the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I recommend it if you're not in a hurry!

A wide selection of mountain specialties served in generous portions. The food is good, the place is welcoming. The prices are very reasonable.

It just goes to show that when it comes to restaurants, you shouldn't rely on past experiences or old impressions... you have to try again!!

A very good place that I highly recommend.
13/05/2026: Horrible experience from start to finish.
The only positive thing was the welcome and the cocktail, because everything else was extremely disappointing. The tables were literally crammed against the wall, with no space to move or get comfortable.
The starter was toast with a completely uninteresting cold cream.
The main course was simply ridiculous. The menu stated 100g of meat for €23, but what arrived barely resembled 50g. A few tiny pieces, dry, rubbery, and with the appearance of reheated meat. The worst part was that the dish took almost 45 minutes to arrive, so I thought I would at least receive something fresh and prepared on the spot. But honestly, it looked like leftover lunch chopped into pieces to be served in the evening.
The sauce was awful: very runny, full of oil, and with the impression that it had been reused. The fries were completely soaked in oil. The side vegetables were cold, as if they'd just been quickly tossed in the pan before being served. As for the salad, it was inedible, drowning in vinegar.
They also advertise "unlimited fries," but no one ever came to ask if we wanted another portion. Even ordering dessert involved an interminable wait.
The server tried to be friendly, but it was obvious the staff was completely lost and disorganized.
The dessert consisted almost entirely of cream cheese and practically no cake.
The most disappointing thing is that I came specifically because of the positive reviews about their meat. My expectations were high, but in the end, it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had.
I certainly won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

04/05/2026: Good meat and very good service. A few improvements are needed to be perfect. My meat was cooked more rare than blue, and especially for a steakhouse, they should warm the plates.
26/04/2026: We ate there for lunch today, it was excellent, fish and Angus skewers. Top-notch quality/price ratio. Very friendly owners and waiter. Highly recommended 👍
