08/07/2025: We spontaneously went to sit on the terrace. The waitress then informed us that no tables were available due to a staff shortage. Accepting this explanation, we decided to head to another establishment directly across the street.
However, to our great surprise, a few minutes later, we saw that other customers were seated on the terrace, without any difficulty. It's hard not to make the connection with the manager's visibly closed attitude upon our arrival.
We are a group of people with different backgrounds, and unfortunately, this kind of situation raises questions. It is extremely shocking and unacceptable to experience differential treatment that seems based not on actual availability, but on discriminatory considerations. If this were to be confirmed, it would be openly racist behavior, unjustifiable in a public place, let alone in a restaurant that is supposed to welcome everyone with respect.
We hope this report will be taken seriously, because it is unacceptable that in 2025, some people can still be treated differently based on their appearance.
This is the second time in the same week that this has happened to us in this city. Shameful.

Very nice staff, I had a great time!

Arriving at 8:20 p.m. we waited an eternity before the aperitif and also for the order then to be served... no starter offer... we had to ask for sauces... we ate at 10 p.m.... .
In the end, I was left hungry, the quantities had to be reviewed, a ridiculous quantity of rice... I left feeling hungry...
If you could repair the lock on the toilet because being surprised is not pleasant for anyone.... Very disappointed

17/12/2024: We visited Bethune and on a rainy evening in 2022 with our 2 dogs. We were greeted with great kindness.
I have never forgotten that moment!
The whole team was great! We ate very well!
My doggies and I wanted to say hello.
10/12/2024: I love coming here to relax in summer and winter. I recommend the hazelnut cappuccino - a delight, friendly, polite and welcoming staff.

17/10/2025: Very slow service, both for taking orders and for the arrival of the food, even though there were only three tables… No excuses.
The pizzas are good, but the pasta is downright awful.
And the worst part: a musty, sewery smell in the dining room, very unpleasant for eating.
I went to the restroom, same problem: musty smell, not very clean.
Honestly, it doesn't make me want to come back. In my memories, this restaurant was different.

20/11/2025: The shop has been nice since the renovations. The pizzas are good (my favorite is the croque monsieur). Kevin and Cyr are friendly and always provide good service.
10/11/2025: I came here for lunch today to eat a pizza, and I'm really disappointed. The restaurant seems half-abandoned, the hygiene is appalling: an extension cord was lying in the middle of the counter, the toilets were filthy, and there wasn't even any water to wash your hands. On top of that, the pizza was overcooked and frankly inedible for €17. I strongly advise against going to this place.
