After our dismal experiences in Le Touquet, we crossed the bridge to Étaples and discovered this restaurant that prides itself on using quality ingredients. Good idea. It restored our faith in the region's restaurants. The tasting menu more than lived up to its promises, with excellent, well-prepared, and beautifully presented dishes that put a fresh spin on classic French cuisine. Special mention goes to the sweetbreads. Well done, keep it up! It must be more difficult to please everyone in the summer, but off-season, it was perfect for us. No waiting, a good meal, some new discoveries, a great playlist… And a reasonable bill.
