26/03/2024: Total disappointment: L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant forgot my reservation despite giving one month's notice I regret having to express my deep disappointment with L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant. Despite having made my reservation a month in advance and taking care to contact the establishment to confirm it, my experience was marred by an inexplicable oversight on their part. I booked in advance, taking every precaution to ensure a hassle-free stay. With this in mind, I took the initiative of contacting the hotel directly a month before my arrival to ensure that my reservation was recorded. To my amazement, upon arrival at the property, the staff seemed completely unaware of my reservation. This negligence on the part of L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant not only caused great inconvenience, but also seriously disrupted my travel plans. As a customer, I expect a hotel to be able to manage reservations efficiently and provide professional service. Unfortunately, these expectations were completely disappointed. Not only did the hotel fail in its duty to guarantee my reservation, but the staff did not show the slightest consideration or willingness to resolve the situation satisfactorily. Instead, I was met with a casual and uncooperative attitude, which increased my frustration. As a frequent traveler, I consider customer service to be an essential aspect when choosing a property. Unfortunately, my experience with L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant did not meet my expectations at all, and I feel an obligation to share this experience to inform other potential travelers. In conclusion, I cannot recommend L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant based on my disappointment. Poor customer service and such blatant forgetting of reservations are major shortcomings that cannot be overlooked. I sincerely hope that this review will encourage the establishment to improve its practices and prevent other customers from being faced with a situation similar to mine.

23/03/2024: I came in by chance and it was very good. Neither too much nor too little, just enough to be satisfied and much less fatty than a “normal” kebab.

15/03/2024: Honestly very good, I enjoyed it. The meat is good, the vegetables are varied and fresh. The table service is very good and the staff are very, very kind and attentive. Honestly, I live in Calais, a city where there are quite a few choices in kebabs but I find this one very accessible in terms of location, the prices are very very reasonable because the plate is very full. I even had trouble finishing my plate and as I don't like waste, I had a lot of fun. I recommend !

11/03/2024: I asked for the spiciest dish on the menu. Beef and shrimp paste Just infamous. This is bathed in sauce, not spicy at all. Bland paste as desired. And sick the next day
