08/03/2026: As a long-time customer, it had been a while since my last visit. The food is still excellent, and the service is always very welcoming. It's definitely a place I would recommend without hesitation. You can't have been in business for that long without quality being a priority. The negative reviews should be completely ignored. Go there; you won't be disappointed.

22/02/2026: We go there regularly; the starters are fabulous (Peking dumplings, soup, etc.). The main courses and sides are generous, ideal for sharing, and the friendliness and hospitality of the owners match the excellent service. My best discovery in recent years.

03/04/2026: A lovely establishment in the beautiful town of St. Omer. Pleasant setting, friendly staff, good value for money. Excellent service. I recommend this establishment.

20/03/2026: Eating there last night was a delight from start to finish; congratulations to the chef. The waitress was fantastic from beginning to end, professional and smiling.

23/03/2026: Sunday morning, having a drink in the sun at 4 am. And they refuse us a simple bowl of water for a chihuahua. Bravo. Classy.

05/03/2026: This afternoon, I decided to go for a drink with some friends at this bar. When we arrived, we waited a few minutes before a server came to see us, which can happen and isn't a problem in itself. After finishing my drink, I went to the counter to pay. A waitress then told me, in a rather annoyed tone, that I needed the receipt to pay. So I went back to the table to get it. As I turned around, I heard the waitress (whose nickname, from what I gathered, was "Mag") say to another server, "She thinks I can tell what she's been drinking just by looking at her face." I then went back with the receipt, paid, and left. I find this kind of remark inappropriate and unprofessional. It's perfectly acceptable to explain a rule to a customer without making comments like that. A rather disappointing experience.

15/03/2026: Waited 30 minutes on the terrace, no waiter came

21/02/2026: We received a very poor welcome; one of the waiters scolded us, and it was incredibly noisy—you couldn't hear yourself speak. Also, you should consider updating your cocktail menu to include non-alcoholic options, as we didn't pay the prices listed on the menu. I much prefer the Queen Victoria, which has a much warmer welcome.

10/12/2024: Place we used to go to occasionally. We booked this Wednesday on the site. We arrive on site and are told that it is not possible to accommodate us because there is only one high table (perch) available except we are with a child of 4 and 2 years old. Inconceivable. This detail had been mentioned when booking, we arrived at the restaurant at 12 p.m. in the first place and there was no solution to resolve the situation. No changing tables or anything else. Inert staff and the manager didn't even come to apologize for their mistake. We went to eat a few meters away ;)

07/12/2024: We came last night, the service was relatively long. A burger requested without tomato received with tomato is the only fault we found in the kitchen. Everyone enjoyed themselves with very copious quantities. The fade and stem were excellent. We will come back.

17/03/2026: Saturday night's meal was decent, but the two waitresses were rather unfriendly, which surprised us given the atmosphere when the owner was there. We returned the next day at lunchtime, and that was the last time we saw you! It was market day, but early at 12:30, so we decided to return to the same two places. There was a room with about ten empty tables. The younger waitress told us the restaurant was full, and with that, she indicated two tables and said she would vacate the table in 10 minutes. But the waitress went back to the back for no reason to join her colleague, who stared at us blankly for several minutes. We called out to them again, but there was no reaction. The people at the tables reiterated that they would vacate their tables, but nothing happened. So, I think the plaques in front of your establishment were stolen from the neighbor. ☺️ But know that we will never come down the steps of your establishment again, and rest assured that I will spread the word about your welcome and the kindness of your loyal customers. For those visiting Saint-Omer, there are plenty of good places where you will be received with friendliness and consideration. So, in short, my opinion is to keep walking.

14/03/2026: The service and welcome were impeccable. We only had the main course due to lack of time, but it was very good. We'll be back! (Even if she didn't get her license ;o) )
