25/04/2026: It's difficult to rate the food since I had steak tartare... The pavlova drizzled with juniper liqueur from Cambrai is an excellent idea. The garden is a lovely place to relax during your meal. Worth remembering. ______________________________________ I remembered and I came back! It's always so pleasant to have lunch in the garden... The welcome and service were excellent, with a young, attentive, courteous, and smiling waiter. This time I tried a cooked dish (pork tenderloin), which I thoroughly enjoyed, and finished with the lemon tart. Thank you to the Bistronome team! I promise, I'll gladly come back.

11/04/2026: The food is excellent, and for our meal we had a modern take on Welsh rarebit and fish with yuzu sauce – a real treat! The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it.

Discovering incredible flavors: I usually never eat fish skin, but at "La Harde des Saveurs" it was crispy (very good) and the fish flesh tender, an excellent contrast and a sublime flavor. The same goes for the tomato and pea desserts: successful and surprising desserts. We are always amazed by the explanations of the menu and the work put into it. We feel the passion for creating exceptional dishes. Go there, you won't be disappointed: everything is fresh.

The food arrives hot, cooked exactly as ordered, and beautifully presented. Never disappointed, it's a restaurant where you'll enjoy having lunch.

10/09/2026: A warm welcome awaited us in this stylish, eatery. Limited menu but tasty food. The only thing I would change is the size of the tartare- too large and too finely chopped. Flavour was good though. Perfect service. THE cleanest restaurant I've had the pleasure to eat at.

Guéméné crêpe... beyond excellent, and the Dame Blanche and red fruit dessert was a delight... Thank you to the chef for this moment of escape... and the gentle background music that transports you to Brittany... I highly and sincerely recommend this restaurant... we will gladly return... 06/09/2026: I recommend 1900; it's a brasserie with a lovely menu, offering everything you need for a delicious meal. It had been a long time since I'd had such a good Welsh rarebit. A small touch that you don't find in other places anymore: the chef comes to greet the customers.

19/09/2026: Clean, with a relaxed atmosphere despite being lunchtime, and a good selection of music. Quick service. Good wines. Good Sauvignon Blanc, average Médoc red: lacking color. The dishes reflect local ingredients with seasonal vegetables and exquisite new potatoes. The cod loin with black rice and sauce is excellent. Portion size: not enough for my taste, but perhaps I was too hungry. Recommended. P.S. Two very good local draft beers.

21/05/2026: Stayed overnight in one of the attic rooms (224) and definitely not made for the larger person, very cramped. Apart from that the hotel was good, everything was absolutely spotless, restaurant was good and reasonably priced with friendly staff plus in a good location Would definitely stay here again
