21/03/2024: While passing through St Omer, I had dinner yesterday in this restaurant: a wonderful surprise! The dinner was delicious: mascarpone leeks as a starter, guinea fowl, creamy parmesan sauce, crunchy vegetables, polenta and to finish, an apple dessert and white chocolate ice cream. Warm environment The owners are friendly and passionate about their job. I recommend 200%!

10/03/2024: This is our 3rd time in this restaurant, and it is in my top 1 of my favorites in St Omer. As much as the cuisine is very refined, the concept, we enjoyed it, it's also beautiful on the plate and so good! The welcome and the service nothing to say 👌🏼! And the very cozy, warm atmosphere, the new decor is even better, we loved this moment. See you soon !

Simple but mastered cooking & attentive presentation: that’s what I personally LOVE! To conclude: what attracted me to this establishment was a [impertinent] negative comment, a comment to which the manager had the audacity to respond with relevant arguments, like sometimes… 🤷🏻🙂 I will come back. ✅🤝🏼

The Auberge du Bachelin is a restaurant that we have frequented with the club for several years. Thank you for “the old man’s restaurant” The setting is warm The cuisine is far from unrefined Everything is homemade. In addition, few restaurants offer such a variety of desserts made on site. The distribution of the wines had been recorded in the estimate that Ms. Coevoet had proposed to me The owner could not have been unpleasant during the service since she only came, like every time, when it was time to offer and serve the dessert cart with always the same good humor. 29/03/2024: Restaurant for the elderly. Dated interior and very unfriendly owner. I went last Saturday as part of a group, unrefined cuisine, red wine served with fish and impossible to change. Move on, go to the strom or the rils in St omer it will be another range for the same price.

26/03/2024: Total disappointment: L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant forgot my reservation despite giving one month's notice I regret having to express my deep disappointment with L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant. Despite having made my reservation a month in advance and taking care to contact the establishment to confirm it, my experience was marred by an inexplicable oversight on their part. I booked in advance, taking every precaution to ensure a hassle-free stay. With this in mind, I took the initiative of contacting the hotel directly a month before my arrival to ensure that my reservation was recorded. To my amazement, upon arrival at the property, the staff seemed completely unaware of my reservation. This negligence on the part of L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant not only caused great inconvenience, but also seriously disrupted my travel plans. As a customer, I expect a hotel to be able to manage reservations efficiently and provide professional service. Unfortunately, these expectations were completely disappointed. Not only did the hotel fail in its duty to guarantee my reservation, but the staff did not show the slightest consideration or willingness to resolve the situation satisfactorily. Instead, I was met with a casual and uncooperative attitude, which increased my frustration. As a frequent traveler, I consider customer service to be an essential aspect when choosing a property. Unfortunately, my experience with L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant did not meet my expectations at all, and I feel an obligation to share this experience to inform other potential travelers. In conclusion, I cannot recommend L'Industrie - Hôtel & Restaurant based on my disappointment. Poor customer service and such blatant forgetting of reservations are major shortcomings that cannot be overlooked. I sincerely hope that this review will encourage the establishment to improve its practices and prevent other customers from being faced with a situation similar to mine.
