Neither too much nor too little, just enough to be satisfied and much less fatty than a “normal” kebab.
15/03/2024: Honestly very good, I enjoyed it. The meat is good, the vegetables are varied and fresh.
The table service is very good and the staff are very, very kind and attentive. Honestly, I live in Calais, a city where there are quite a few choices in kebabs but I find this one very accessible in terms of location, the prices are very very reasonable because the plate is very full. I even had trouble finishing my plate and as I don't like waste, I had a lot of fun. I recommend !

17/04/2024: Very warm welcome, very kind staff. Good value for money, we had a pleasant time. Little extra for the decoration of the restaurant which is very pretty, we will come back.
11/03/2024: I asked for the spiciest dish on the menu.
Beef and shrimp paste
Just infamous.
This is bathed in sauce, not spicy at all.
Bland paste as desired.
And sick the next day

10/05/2024: I'm going to give this place one of my rarely awarded 5 stars. It was recommended to us and lived up to our expectations. A husband and wife team (he is the chef) offering a simple range of menus that, apparently, change quite often and are based on local produce. The food was spectacular, and not at all expensive. We will return next time we are in Saint Omer!

02/04/2024: I only enjoyed the restaurant. This is already the second time I have come to this restaurant, the food is really good. I have yet to be disappointed with what I ordered. Small downside on the speed of the service, as soon as we finished we were already coming to collect our dishes. But apart from that I recommend.

30/04/2024: We came for lunch with our children aged 4 and 8 and all 4 of us had a great time! The accompaniments are incredible (homemade puree, leek flan, carrot puree, Provençal tomato...), and even the children are entitled to them. The Goudale sauce, mmmm, a real treat! In the children's menu you can choose a pierrade, and the meat is really excellent. And the desserts, also top, special mention for the brown sugar crème brûlée. The staff are very friendly and attentive. It was flawless and an excellent surprise, for a very reasonable price!

I loved my meal, the setting is very beautiful, and the servers are impressively friendly!
Very small downside for the carbonnade which lacks a little gingerbread, but the breaded maroilles was incredible!

06/04/2024: Smiling waiters, quality dishes and served rather quickly after our arrival at 12:30 p.m. on a Saturday.. What do the people ask for?! It's just perfect! I recommend Le Gardian! :)
09/03/2024: We are very satisfied with this restaurant! we were able to take advantage of the sun to sit on the terrace. Very welcoming atmosphere, smiling and very attentive staff! We were served by a man (probably restaurant manager) who was extremely kind and had a much appreciated touch of humor. A very communicative smile!!
The dishes are consistent, generous quantities and delicious! I am very saddened to see such negative reviews for such a good and pleasant little restaurant and with very low prices! (19€ per person for aperitif tray, main course and drink!!!).
3rd time I have come here, and will come back without hesitation.
