14/09/2026: For years we've been ordering pizzas for pickup, since we live nearby. We overlooked the first order a few years ago, when the person I spoke to on the phone got the address wrong, the order wasn't fulfilled, and we ended up cooking for ourselves. Until tonight, everything was pretty good, even if there were occasional minor delays. But tonight… I called to order two pizzas for pickup, and they told me to come back 20 minutes later. My husband arrived 5 minutes early, and they told him, without any apology, that the pizzas weren't even being prepared! My husband waited on the terrace, as he usually does when there's a delay. A 46-minute wait! We walk past him to serve customers on the terrace, and we walk past him again and again to serve customers... when he finally decides to show up again, we tell him we didn't see him... and the icing on the cake was when the owner condescendingly asked him if he wanted us to buy him a bottle... the least he could do when he arrives is apologize for being late and prepare the pizzas, and the least he could do when he shows up for the second time is to keep a low profile and apologize... very well, you have a lot of customers, all the better, so you won't mind losing loyal customers.

However, the delivery service is terrible; many items spill, and something is missing from every single order. On our last order, we asked for a gesture of goodwill, and we received two desserts, so thank you for that.
