08/07/2025: More than €60 for 2 small pizzas and 2 "medium" ones, exorbitant considering the quality. Impossible to order while taking advantage of the so-called current offers, so we ordered without taking advantage of them. Same thickness whether we chose thin or normal dough... dough that cannot be described as pizza dough... in short, extremely disappointed, we will avoid Dominos in the future

Lovely staff. Good and generous pizzas.
I came here this winter when they closed...and even though the staff was already cleaning, they took the time to prepare my pizzas...and with a smile.

25/02/2026: A fantastic find! From the pizzas to the Camembert platter, everything was absolutely delicious. The ingredients are high-quality, well-prepared, and generously portioned.
Special mention goes to the friendly staff, the warm welcome, and the attentive, smiling service from beginning to end. You truly feel welcome.
A wonderful place with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!
22/10/2025: We received a very warm welcome at this restaurant where we ate pizzas. They were simply delicious! The dough was excellent, the toppings fresh and plentiful. A real treat.
The waiter was friendly and pleasant to work with.

26/02/2026: Unpretentious spot with nice pizza. Proprietor is friendly and helpful. Feels fast casual because it is in the best way.
Well priced bottles of wine you can take if you don't finish.
Split the thai pizza and their house salad.
Crust is 8/10 (crumb just a little spongy).
Toppings fresh and nice. Standard pizza cheese (low moisture mozz) which I love.
Actually got a smidge of heat from some sriracha. Would love to try some of their other offerings.
House salad was polished off quickly, vinegarette was well made in house.

As for the food and service, everything was excellent. A very good place to eat.
31/01/2026: It's a very cozy, small place, but they made excellent use of the space, and there's very little room between the tables. The place was packed, I suppose because of the quality of the pizzas, which were very good, because if it were due to the wait time—more than an hour—many people would have left without eating. I think they didn't apologize or offer any kind gesture for the hour-long wait.

25/02/2026: Gives off a very 1970’s zen type of vibe with it’s dark orange/black decor and furnishings. Very clean and quiet. Incredible view of the walls. The room faced a small garden. A stones throw walking distance to the Cité Médiévale gate.
19/02/2026: As a regular customer of the Montmorency and Octroi group for several years, I had to cancel my stay at the last minute due to a red alert issued in the department (and especially in Carcassonne) for rain, wind, and flooding. My room was charged under the "general terms and conditions of sale" clause, excluding cancellations made within the cancellation period. This completely disregarded the exceptional nature of the cancellation and my loyalty to their establishments. Despite the general terms and conditions of sale and the exceptional circumstances, loyalty is not rewarded, and I will remember this for my future bookings.

20/02/2026: Honestly, the pizzas are very good, but there's always a problem with the vending machine. Either it's closed, or it's broken, or even worse, you order your pizza and during preparation it displays a breakdown message, so in the end, no pizza. It's always the same, so it's getting annoying.

There was a problem with the oven. It might have been wise to warn customers beforehand and offer them some chips while they waited, for example...

15/02/2026: Arriving at 8pm, our reservation hadn't been taken (that's a great start). We were seated at a table and told the next customers would arrive at 9:30pm (they arrived at 9pm). The dish was served without sauce, no need to ask for it. The bread that was brought to our table was removed and given to other customers 🤦♂️ and we didn't even see it.
