15/08/2024: Three pizzas taken away for a family lunch by the pool this August 15. A long-time customer of this restaurant, I have observed the slow decline in quality over the years. This August 15th marks for me the apogee of this descent into mediocrity. Poor pizza topping products. The maximum profit slider is pushed to the top. Absolute priority to the goods ratio at the expense of quality. It is a choice for this restaurant which seriously and permanently tarnishes the good image of this beautiful brand: Pizza Del Arte. Damage !

13/08/2024: Since the war in Urkaine and the shortage of mustard, it is impossible to find mustard in this restaurant to accompany the meats.. the response from the staff is "you don't have any!" Impossible to find out more... we go there regularly and always get the same answer... they are the only ones who no longer have any

22/12/2023: Le vigile ne nous laisse pas rentrer alors qu’on avait payé les pré-ventes et en plus prix du vestiaire ! Soirée à plus de 30€ sans avoir pu y rentrer ! À éviter vraiment tracez votre route ! Il y a des boites bien mieux ! Habitant à Lyon depuis 5 ans je suis bien déçue.

24/08/2024: Salmon ravioli: is it a dish with 6 frozen ravioli chasing each other in a “salmon” sauce?? For €18.50?? Really there is no salmon in this dish, it's just the sauce which could be a salmon bisque? I don't recommend this dish in any case 😅 Very disappointed with the cuisine as well as the service which is not at all quality. As soon as we ask the waiter, he doesn't know how to answer me specifically about the drinks 😅 This cuisine is amateur and it is disappointing for this Italian restaurant which says that its products are fresh and imported directly from Italy? Um ok okay 😅

05/04/2024: Attention !!! Change of management, owner and concept!!! Working in the neighborhood, my colleague and I wanted to make a discovery!!! Hey !!! What a discovery, the pizza has no taste, there is no topping apart from mushrooms which fight a duel, candied onions, but no taste you sense that honey... in a word it is TASTE !!! And to top it all off, the 35 euro pizza is stuck in my throat!!!! At least it ruined my appetite!!! There are twice as good in the neighborhood.

04/09/2024: 2 1/2 weeks in France trying pizza at many different places and this was easily the best pizza that we had while we were here. Wish we had found this place before. Ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and the crust was perfect.

29/08/2024: Ordered delivery, more than an hour of waiting and despite the time it took them they managed to get my order wrong. And best of all, their customer service response to my complaint which can be summed up as: sorry, we will try to do better next time. No compensation obviously…

01/10/2024: Uncooked pizza and lots of onions and a can of turkey and guillere sauce too liquid really not good plus he doesn't even say excuse us at the end and its crazy just the money that counts it's me mom with my children has nothing to do with it ate and its crazy I will never come back to them plus everything is expensive it's increased the prices

20/08/2024: Je suis donc retourné dans ce restaurant. Acceuil sympa par ce jeune couple. Toujours du fait maison fait avec coeur. Restaurant à prix correct ! Tout est bon. Un bémol sur le tableau (en en vive voix) manque l'info de l'accompagnement du plat principal, rien de fâcheux qui n'a pas gâté notre plaisir !

29/07/2024: Bought 4 good quality takeaway pizzas, thin crust, quality toppings, a little small but the price is reasonable (€43 for 4) so ​​good value for money. Warm welcome, the owner excepted to turn on the oven 15 minutes earlier to serve us at the requested time. Brief experience to be repeated. I recommend 👍 (From photos the pizzas are already eaten 😜, next time I promise)
