28/08/2026: Regular customer, always the same order, and never disappointed! Whenever we think of pizza, this is where we go. The atmosphere is great too: it feels like you're dropping by a friend's house to pick up your pizza. I recommend it 100%!

09/08/2026: A particularly disappointing experience at Del Arte in Brignais.
We had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks. After that, we waited another 30 minutes without our food ever being served.
The most frustrating thing was the complete lack of organization in the dining room: two tables that arrived after us (one for four and one for three) were served well before us. Seeing other customers who arrived later being served first is unacceptable.
The order management and customer service clearly need improvement. The organization is deplorable, and I do not recommend it.
In the end, we left without our food, and we were charged for our two drinks without any discount...

Otherwise, we come regularly and everything is perfect.

09/09/2026: Two excellent Parma pizzas. The quality and cooking of the dough were superb. The ham, Parmesan, and burrata were generous and flavorful. They were punctual, and the service was very friendly and professional.

11/09/2026: I used to eat here often since I lived right next door. I recently moved and I miss it so much haha. It's so good, there are lots of interesting offers even with low prices. The food was super good, the servers are welcoming and efficient, there's even a prayer room. You can eat outside or inside, in any case it's very comfortable, a well-deserved 5 stars!!

14/08/2026: This restaurant offers very tasty food at reasonable prices. Furthermore, since the dining room is quite large (comprising several distinct areas), our group of six was seated quickly without a reservation (though it's best to make one).
We've been there several times and have never been disappointed. Well done, keep up the good work!

07/09/2026: This is a great place; we eat here very often, whether it's for main courses or desserts. My father comes almost every evening to get ice cream for my little sister by bike, but unfortunately, whenever the owner isn't there, we pay €3.50 for a small, barely filled cup. If it was a mistake once, I could understand, but it happens very, very often. Tonight, he paid €7 for two small cups… It's a shame because my little sister loves your ice cream, but we won't be coming back for ice cream.
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, especially since your food is EXCELLENT; we're very good customers, but in this case, I find it a bit much.

31/08/2026: I ordered a very generous and well-prepared calzone, but it was far too salty for me. The ladies who served me were incredibly pleasant and smiling. You can see the dishes and pizzas being prepared right away, which is quite reassuring.

We ordered 2 pizzas and a salad and it was delicious!!! The desserts were delicious too. They even treated us to coffee
Our second time there and we will definitely be back! Really fun❤️

I've never seen a pizza served on a stainless steel tray; it's so unsanitary, you'd think you were in India!
And on top of that, you pay a lot for what you get!
I'll never go back, even if it means starving.
