18/07/2026: I discovered this on Thursday and I think this concept is fantastic. You choose your base (pasta, green salad, etc.), then add four ingredients to go with your salad. There are many choices, as well as a variety of sauces. I'll definitely be back.

A Biarritz institution, Saint-Charles, We love spending time there, watching life unfold in this charming Biarritz neighborhood, whether it's for breakfast, dinner, or an aperitif… The set lunch menu—starter, main course, and dessert for €18—is no joke; it's delicious, satisfying, everything we love. And of course, there's the staff: kind, attentive, and helpful… I highly recommend this little slice of the Basque Country.

10/05/2026: Passing through this well-located restaurant with a superb view, I found the bread stale, perfect for making bread pudding... I pointed it out to the manager who couldn't care less, barely offering an apology, no gesture of goodwill whatsoever. I suppose times are tough for everyone! In short, I don't recommend this restaurant, even though it's well-located.

16/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! The cuisine is exquisite and the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend this place.

28/06/2026: 6:57 PM, June 28th. We sat down like any good customer. A 10-minute wait, two waitresses who just stared at us without even asking what we wanted or saying hello. Catastrophic service and hygiene that needs improvement. The waitress splashed beer on her hands and didn't wash them. We were disappointed by the disastrous and deplorable attitude of this restaurant and its employees. Needs improvement.

11/07/2026: A view of the passageway, the popular Friday night meeting place in July... A free-range peppered chicken with fries, a little difficult to detach from its drumstick, but I'll forgive it!

Well, yes… Feeling like you're bothering people when you order five glasses of Chardonnay, when that's simply your role as customers??? SHAMEFUL, but oh well, no hard feelings when the bars next door clearly tell you it's not the place to go.

14/07/2026: They refuse to remove the parasols even though they are very obstructive to watching the France match; I absolutely do not recommend them.

11/06/2026: The food would have been okay if the temperature had been right, the ambiance was very good, the service was attentive, but overall the price-performance ratio was questionable.

01/06/2026: What a wonderful time at El Callejon ❤️ An exceptional welcome, delicious dishes! A true journey with every plate. Not to mention the caipirinhas, simply incredible, we felt like we were in Brazil 🥰. A huge thank you to Stéphane for his kindness, his passion, and all the wonderful stories that accompany the dishes. We loved it! The two of us from Toulouse will be back with great pleasure to discover the rest of the menu and finally try the famous chocolate tiramisu 😋. We recommend it 100%! ✨💕

06/07/2026: We chose to eat here as it had come up as a place that had gluten free options. Staff were friendly and although didn’t seem that confident/knowledgeable about gluten free options, we did find some options. We had some tasty smoothies and chose a chicken salad. The salad would have been great but was let down by some strangely textured chicken, which didn’t seem like it was cooked, even though it was. Other food brought out looked really good and portion sizes were good.

06/07/2026: This was my first time eating here, and it was very good. I wasn't disappointed at all, from the appetizer to the dessert. I highly recommend it! The service was quick and the waitress was pleasant.

06/07/2026: This place has a lovely terrace with a sea view. It also has tables inside. The cookies are good, they're tasty. However, I found it a bit expensive for what it is. The service was adequate, nothing special.
