04/04/2024: It’s a lovely hotel with lovely food and cocktails. The bar set up is particularly atmospheric and a great place to get a cocktail and hang out.
The staff were brilliant and very helpful.
Unfortunately, I think the rooms let it down a tiny bit. Mine seemed a little tired. I don’t particularly like carpet in hotel rooms either ( I know that’s picky!) the bathroom was very clean and very nicely done.
Parking is also a bit of an issue here was well.
All that said, I would stay here again.
31/03/2024: Exceptional hotel, exquisitely decorated, taking care of all the details and smells of any space in the hotel, with incredible views of the lighthouse, enlivened every afternoon/night with live music in the large room accompanied by good cocktails.
But what should be highlighted the most is the professionalism, kindness and empathy of all the staff to immediately resolve any unforeseen event that may arise.
In our case we had a problem outside the hotel and their collaboration and dedication was maximum to minimize the bad time we had.
Hugely grateful for these days, we hope to return soon.

31/03/2024: This market offers a wide variety of food and wine not to be missed. You can buy products or eat them while sitting at the bar of some of the stalls. The quality of the products is really good and the prices are reasonable.

03/04/2024: Good choice and value for money for what there is in Biarritz. Modern, clean hotel, with easy parking (paid) in the surroundings and close to the center on foot. recommendable
01/04/2024: The hotel and the room were very good, but upon our arrival there was no one who knew Spanish. We decided on this hotel because it said it had private parking, but when we arrived they told us it was full, and on top of that there was no hairdryer in the room when it said yes.

30/03/2024: One of the worst services I have seen in a long time. It took them 1 hour to serve us. Disastrous food. Poor hygiene.
28/03/2024: Super nice restaurant. It is better to book or arrive early to get a table. Very friendly, the dishes are very good. Family atmosphere.

10/11/2023: Fatal!!! They had never treated us so badly... they didn't treat us because we were Spanish. Without a doubt incredible...
We asked for a table and he told us, looking around, that "they had run out of food..." it sounds funny, but we passed by there 1.30 hours later and people were still sitting...
You know... if you are Spanish, don't even go near those unpresentable people... we should have put up a complaint form.
By the way. I hope you close!!!

02/04/2024: We spent three dream days at the Sofitel in Biarritz. The hotel overlooks the ocean, the view is magnificent. We took advantage of the heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and the thalassotherapy center. We ate at the hotel restaurant, the cuisine was delicious and refined. All the staff take great care, I really recommend this place.

28/02/2024: No “instagrammable” dishes here but real, simple, tasty cuisine well served. No frills, it's tough like the boss. An efficient and smiling brigade. Failed influencers don't stop here it's not your world. It's still possible to eat well in Biarritz and the establishment proves it. You have to know how to get out of the prescribed itineraries; you will be rewarded.
