20/07/2024: Extremely kind and at very affordable prices, we were delighted to taste these generously garnished pizzas. Delivery to the beach was quick and inexpensive and we enjoyed talking quickly with the delivery person. Really super nice, I recommend!!!

02/10/2024: Unfortunately, the best thing is the store itself and the location. Service very bad and dismissive. The cappucino for 5 euros was absolutely tasteless and you didn't even get any water with it. Classic tourist restaurant unfortunately.

01/10/2024: **Le Surfing** in Biarritz is the perfect place to end the day with drinks and tapas while enjoying the sunset over the Atlantic and watching the brave surfers. The relaxed atmosphere and the view of the waves create a unique backdrop. The menu offers a great selection of fresh tapas that go perfectly with a good glass of wine, a local beer or a refreshing cocktail. We particularly liked the location right on the beach - ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or a romantic moment at sunset. An absolute highlight in Biarritz! The service is in the typical French style, rather abrupt and not very warm.

30/08/2024: I had the medium-cooked steak, I found the meat TOO cooked so it wasn't what I asked for but I still ate because the servers were very friendly and the atmosphere was great, it It was so good to do again!

08/12/2023: Je suis venu accompagne de ma femme. Le service était irréprochable et d’une intimité propice à une belle soirée de couple. L’expérience culinaire nous a fait voyagé dans ce vaste océan et ses douceurs iodée. Les sommeliers ont su mettre en valeurs chaque vin avec ses plats. Quel bon moment, j’y retournerai sans hésitation !

10/12/2024: Soirée décevante dans ce restaurant. Nous sommes arrivés parmi les premiers et nous sommes partis les derniers. Notre serveur avait décidé que nos têtes ne lui revenaient pas. Un autre qui devait être le responsable de salle s’est excusé mais nous a raconté des histoires bidons pour justifier l’attitude de son collègue. Bref, on nous a pris pour des c.., et j’aime pas. Sinon, la cuisine est très correcte, et serait mieux si elle renonçait à quelques facilités, comme, par exemple, les champignons de Paris en boite dans la sauce de l’œuf meurette. La salle est plutôt confortable, et l’ambiance plutôt agréable. Les prix sont acceptables quoique les vins soient surfacturés. Des bouteilles à 45€, alors qu’on les trouvent à la cave pour 9€. Mazette ! Coefficient 5. Mais ça passe au profit des coutumes locales : si on ne se fait pas un peu avoir, ça fait moins Biarritz tout à coup. Pour moi, à éviter à l’avenir.

02/11/2024: Restaurant qui se veut chic et bien non . À 29€ le plat ( gigot d’agneau) certes bon mais sans plus . Une lotte sans plus aussi . Nous avons du demander du pain tellement ce fut peu copieux . Saveurs à ce prix là non au rendez vous . Je rentre le ventre vide en ayant mangé tout le pain certes très bon lol !!!!

31/10/2024: A chaque fois que je vais à biarritz, j y déjeune L endroit est situé à côté du marché avec une jolie terrasse Les serveuses sont adorables et toujours de très bons conseils, merci à elles Les plats sont très bons, copieux et recherchés

11/11/2024: Hard and chocolaty croissant which has halved its size, its quality but not its price, you don't care about the consumer's face, already that the customer service is disastrous (a hello limit half the time). With the quality of a supermarket you have no interest in buying here, an establishment to avoid because it has deteriorated so much.

12/11/2024: I went there as part of restaurant week. Received by a very adorable young waitress, very attentive and smiling towards her customers. The setting is very pretty, warm. The dishes were good. The choice of wines as well.

26/09/2024: Cool place. Got a special of the day, bruschetta with pesto, buratta and figs - enjoy that a lot! Nice vibe and friendly staff. Pretty large space but feels coziness and makes you feel like staying for a bit longer. Worth your visit!

25/09/2024: Portions were huge! Makes sense for the high prices. We were early and got a table fast but there were lots of people waiting outside.

06/09/2024: Biarritz is a nice city. A bit of glory lost. Hotel Jules Verne is neat, affordable and with friendly staff.

05/09/2024: I put 1 star because we are very far from the comfort and luxury of a 4 star. The hotel is very disappointing. SAR regarding staff. Hotel parking is very expensive. You can park easily in the “Charles Floquet” car park, located less than 5mm from the hotel.
