17/05/2026: Charming little hotel near the beach and shops. The welcome and service were perfect. The room was simple but clean, the bedding was good quality, and it was quiet; we slept very well. We were a group of motorcyclists with six motorcycles, which were securely parked on a gated terrace. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Dinner was excellent, homemade, and generous. I recommend the trompe-l'oeil lemon dessert. Excellent value for money.

12/05/2026: We stayed in this charming little hotel for two nights on a half-board basis. The owner is incredibly friendly and professional, the chef, M'baye, delighted us with his menu, and the breakfast was very generous with homemade products. The room was very comfortable with a good bed. The location is superb; you can walk everywhere. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much!

23/08/2026: We came yesterday for the drone show; it's the only restaurant that didn't make us wait too long and was very efficient in its service. Thank you for your kindness and efficiency.

23/08/2026: The restaurant manager was unpleasant and dishonest. He took last-minute reservations and didn't honor them. He made us wait two hours with two young children, only to give our table to passersby right in front of us, just to increase his revenue. His mentality was pathetic.

29/07/2026: I bought a croissant, but there was a limit. A €5 limit on the card for a bakery is unacceptable. The croissants were really bad and stale. Very bad experience.

16/09/2026: I don't understand the hype around this chain. We bought sandwiches and drinks for our car trip, and after two hours, the sandwich bag was so greasy and oily it was practically translucent (even though it had been kept flat in a cooler for two hours). It started dripping onto my legs while I was eating it. I hate waste, and yet I left part of the sandwich because it was so greasy. As for the drink, my Coke was sunken and flat, which makes me doubt the products were properly stored. Luckily, the service made up for it somewhat.

14/09/2026: I was a regular customer at Marie Blachere until the day I defrosted my Nordic baguettes and noticed that there was a significant amount of mold on all of them, despite the rather high price. Since then, I've been buying my bread from a local artisan bakery in the village.

08/05/2026: A very pleasant stay at Camping du Bois de Valmarie. A good campsite, the mobile home was clean and well-equipped. Perhaps a small television would have been a welcome addition, even just to watch the news, for example. We were a little disappointed with the jacuzzi area, which was too cold for our liking. Initially reserved for adults (18+), the pool was repeatedly filled with children (with their parents in the sun loungers...). Why not implement supervision, if it isn't already in place? On the plus side, the mini-market isn't too expensive for basic camping supplies, and the site is well-located. Bicycles, a griddle, and paddleboards are available for rent.

03/05/2026: We were only there for two days, that was enough for us.

13/09/2026: Absolutely terrible. The welcome was very cold, the waiter was really unfriendly. We ordered something before leaving, and in the end… it never arrived. We had to leave without receiving it. In short, a rather disappointing experience, I don't recommend it. We asked for a bowl for the dog, and the response was to go get it ourselves. Great.

10/09/2026: Terrible welcome. We simply acknowledged our presence to the waiter by raising our hands once, and when he came over, we were met with a curt, "The more you wave, the less likely we are to come." Given this sour comment, we left and went to another bar. I do not recommend it.

11/09/2026: The service was very friendly; we had the goat cheese burger, a giant sandwich, chicken nuggets, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious.

23/09/2026: Nice restaurant with a sea view, clean and tastefully decorated, decent service, average value for money. I really hope they ban smoking on the terrace soon; it's unacceptable for someone to smoke near you while you're eating, but it's not the restaurant's fault... In short, an establishment I recommend where you should still have a good time.

22/09/2026: A seaside restaurant that tries to be friendly. The welcome is warm, but the food doesn't live up to it. Everything is mediocre except the prices. It's expensive considering the poor quality of the dishes. I don't recommend it.

25/09/2026: I do not recommend this tourist trap restaurant. We ordered two salads: Caesar and goat cheese. They were truly tasteless, the dressing was cheap, the chicken was really bad, the salad was low quality. €60 for three salads is taking people for fools, and the service was unfriendly, aggressive towards customers when they arrive. They clearly didn't want to work there.

31/07/2026: A breakfast is €7.10 and a set menu is €3.10, but an orange juice will cost you €4. Be careful with the set menus. During service, they forgot one of our set menus, and when it came time to pay, they told me they'd sort it out with a big smile. I just paid the regular price. Two stars for the nice setting.

25/08/2026: Superb welcome, very pleasant restaurant, the staff were great, honestly, nothing to complain about. As for the food, it was also excellent, absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it.

21/08/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs!!! We had booked a table for 8:30 pm. However, the reservation was made incorrectly, but a solution was found fairly quickly. We ordered appetizers, but when our food arrived, one of the drinks was the wrong one. We had to wait over an hour for our main courses. The food itself didn't live up to our expectations, especially considering the price. The kebabs weren't seasoned. The salads contained sand. The steak we ordered medium-rare arrived rare. The chicken burger was dry and cold. The pre-made fries were actually quite good (the only edible thing). We weren't the only ones complaining about the wait. Several tables waited an hour, and another waited two hours, for their meals. On the other hand, a special mention goes to our waiter, Mathieu, who did his best given the terrible organization in the kitchen. Finally, the bill was very high for four people. In terms of value for money, it's better to go to a fast food restaurant.
