05/05/2026: Yesterday I went shopping and bought two spring rolls along with the rest of my groceries. They forgot to put them in my bag, but I paid for them because I'd already spent €30 even though I didn't have much. When I went back to get them, they made me pay again, so in the end it cost me €40 even though I had nothing... Beware, there's no receipt as proof... Avoid this place!

31/05/2026: The lady who served was very friendly, the meat was very good and well grilled, however, they didn't bring you bread, and I found it expensive. A meat skewer for 20 euros??
I don't think I'll go back.
15/05/2026: The staff were welcoming and friendly. The pepper-crusted steak was incredible, and the portion was generous in both quality and quantity.
However, the ribs are a bit pricey per kilo, which is a shame for those with a big appetite!

07/06/2026: It's an unusual space. The large red pebble placed near the Tet River might make us think of a cocoon—a megalith forgotten there—and yet what events take place inside: dance, theatre, music! The choice is ours!

25/05/2026: Honestly, I didn't like it. The burgers were very dry, the ground beef was overcooked with an unpleasant smoky taste. It was almost like cardboard, there was so little flavor. Very disappointed, I don't recommend it.

16/05/2026: A Caesar salad with half a sliced radish, a slice of beetroot, a piece of grated carrot, and half an egg touted as organic—that's still a bitter pill to swallow at €20. There were only lettuce leaves, some of them wilted. Very disappointing.
12/05/2026: Passing through for a family holiday, Le Vauban offered us a quality bistro-style meal.

18/05/2026: Our daughter gave us a gift certificate, what a wonderful discovery! A sublime place with a fantastic team, always smiling and attentive to the customer. My husband and I had the opportunity to enjoy a couples massage, and all I can say is it was magical. We will definitely be back.

03/05/2026: We had lunch this Saturday with the family. We all opted for the four-course tasting menu at €34. No complaints whatsoever; the food was beautiful and delicious, and the service and chef were very friendly and pleasant. The three-course menu is €24. Keep up the good work and you'll remain a top restaurant in Perpignan.

20/05/2026: The service was quite good; both servers were very friendly, especially the young man who was very pleasant and polite. It's important to mention that. However, as for the food, only the children's menu was a hit at our table. We didn't like the taste of the dishes. Of course, this is a matter of personal taste and is just our opinion.
