The service was attentive without being intrusive. And the absolute best part? The tiramisu was the best we've ever had, despite our five trips to Italy. Bravo!

30/08/2024: Restaurant bon mais pas exceptionnel, des accords mets vins onéreux mais pas à la hauteur de leur prix. La qualité du service laisse à désirer (on ne peut pas goûter le vin avant de déguster, couverts et services mal placés).

19/01/2025: It was overall good. I expected better given the reputation of the restaurant. We still ate well. However, the starter "Lyonnaise salad" was served to us in a salad bowl for two and we had to help ourselves like in the canteen. Although expensive, the dishes are really good. The service needs to be improved on several points (kindness, listening and English).

21/01/2026: I highly recommend this café, both here and in real life! I tell my friends about Puzzle Café, saying it's the best café in Old Lyon. The chai latte is incredible, the matcha is very good, and the hot chocolate is great too! You can have your coffee brewed using different methods, like the drip method, which isn't something you see everywhere. The pastries are amazing. The carrot cake is definitely the best I've had in Lyon, and the vegan pear and almond cake is to die for. I can't wait to try the rest! 🥹 The coffee is great, but the pastries are seriously underrated! 🥲 The atmosphere is nice, there are plenty of tables, and the decor is vintage/retro and authentic. The customer service could be warmer, though—that's the only real area for improvement I see! You can tell they have a real expertise with coffee, and for coffee lovers, it's a real treat.

04/01/2026: A place where I feel truly at ease. The space is large, bright, and calm, even when it's busy. Inside and on the terrace, the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. I love to settle in there, notebook open, with a hot chocolate often served with a pretty design on the cup. 25/09/2024: Friendly staff and good food here. We walked in around 7pm without reservation. The Friendly staff able to get 2 of us a table without hassle. Order 2 main course with beef. Both are great. Great experience overall.
