26/10/2026: We arrived at 10:45 PM. While we were still eating, the staff started cleaning the floor with cleaning products. We therefore had to finish our meal with a strong smell of cleaning product, which was frankly unpleasant. We understand that the staff wanted to finish their shift, but if our presence was causing a disturbance at that hour, it would have been better to inform us upon arrival that only takeout orders were available, rather than leaving us to eat in those conditions. A disappointing experience, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service and respect shown to customers.

26/10/2026: This is my first time eating at this snack bar. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the kebab tastes amazing! 🤩 I highly recommend it.

19/10/2026: Tai Thu is my favorite Vietnamese spot in Guillotière. Friendly service, convenient to the metro, reasonable prices. What to order? I always get their beef tartare salad. Fans of banh xeo should get the banh xeo. Note that it's better for dine-in, not takeaway. PRO TIP 1: On their menu is a peking duck rice - it ISN'T a fried rice, but still delicious if you're quackers like me for duck. PRO TIP 2: Bring cash. When I first came here years ago they didn't take cards, so my habit has been to bring Euros...

22/09/2026: While it used to be a good place, our recent experience a few days ago was disastrous. The bo bun, the quintessential dish, was inedible, the service was borderline rude, and to top it all off, you can never pay by card; the machine is always broken. I absolutely do not recommend it. What a shame.

08/09/2026: So, my husband likes your kebabs and comes to your place when he's downtown. Personally, I didn't like the veal recipe. I wanted to try it a second time, thinking the first time was a flop, but no! I still didn't appreciate this veal kebab recipe. He usually gets the chicken from you, and he likes it a lot. I wouldn't say it's bad because he likes your kebabs; it's just me who's not a fan of this particular recipe. And yet, I'm used to eating real homemade kebabs near my home. Regarding the prices and portions, they're fine, they're okay! Like in all other kebab shops, they're about the same. The current economic climate is tough for everyone; prices are rising everywhere. I still came to read the reviews, as the reviews are mixed here... I'm discovering the manager's responses to the negative reviews; it's not very professional! You're discrediting yourselves. I'm not a competitor or anything, this is just my opinion and my point of view.

29/09/2026: UNACCEPTABLE! Tonight, my girlfriend and I ordered sushi on Too Good To Go. When we arrived to pick it up, my girlfriend was met with unpleasant staff who gave her eight small pieces of sushi for €10, which is completely out of line with the app's prices. The worst was yet to come! When we opened the box at home, SURPRISE! They were rotten! The sushi smelled like dead fish and looked very questionable. It was a terrible experience with this chain, which shows a lack of respect for its customers, and we're not the first to suffer this. Shame on you, Kaly Sushi! Response to Kaly Sushi on 09/28/2026: I would like to point out that my girlfriend and I are students, and given the current situation in France, I think I have better things to do than lie about the quality of the food you provided. I ordered it through an app which, as you said, aims to prevent waste, but that doesn't mean we're garbage! So no, I didn't lie, and no, your staff wasn't pleasant to my girlfriend. Regarding the quantity, your staff noticed the high price of the order and didn't even bother to offer a salad in addition to the measly little sushi. They even dared to say, "We're offering you a free sauce," even though it's not free! I repeat, you should be ashamed. Anyway, I'm not going to fight to prove the poor quality of your restaurant; my opinion is there to warn people, but the best thing is to let them form their own opinion and realize the disaster your restaurant is…

14/10/2026: Best McDonald's in Lyon, I really enjoyed it, super clean and the self-service kiosks are spotless

13/10/2026: I ordered a chocolate donut. I received a plain one instead. Unfortunately, the person at the counter charged me and didn't try to resolve the issue. I therefore had no other choice.

15/10/2026: Cool, BUT I'm diabetic, and this is the second time in a row I've ordered Cherry ZERO and the delivery guy has arrived with Cherry Sugar :(

05/10/2026: A very good experience at Domino's Pizza Lyon 7 Nord. The service is quick and comfortable, with benches available for waiting for your order. The staff are very friendly and eager to help their customers.

08/10/2026: I had a very good lunch after 1:30 pm; the food was plentiful and tasty. The staff was welcoming.

16/09/2026: Best bar/brasserie in Lyon. Great owner and attentive waiters. The staff are friendly and genuinely welcoming. Very affordable, I highly recommend it! It's a lively and friendly place!

30/06/2026: Having been there yesterday, it was a disaster!! The manager was incredibly unpleasant, and what's more, she was assaulted, but speaking so rudely to customers and employees is unacceptable. I think she should find another job. The toilets were filthy, the burgers were cold, the ice cream was cold as soon as it was served, and she refused to remake it. In short, it was terrible.
