04/01/2025: A mixed experience. The condition and cleanliness of the premises were correct, and the meal was generally satisfactory for the price of the buffet. However, several negative points spoiled the experience: dishes (like spring rolls or samosas) were often empty and required waiting to be restocked. Additionally, a waitress was quite intrusive, returning several times to move our children or question us about the arrival of our family, despite our explanations. Finally, regarding a bottle of wine not available, we were offered a more expensive alternative without any commercial gesture. Some improvements in the service would be appreciated.

27/09/2024: I waited 40 minutes for an ice cream that came all melted... when we have a lot of orders we do the one that takes 5 seconds first we do the one for the big family.
Plus the floor was sticky and the toilets weren't even mentioned. I hope this place gets torn down and replaced by any other business or restaurant.

26/09/2024: We were served by Sarah and Celia, incredible waitresses! It was hot and good! The fries were very salty!

03/09/2024: I ordered a salmon steak that was really not good! He was bad and completely burned out and had a stomach ache! I also had a homemade chocolate waffle, a square of melted chocolate with water, it's horrible to give that away.
Extremely disappointed I had a great image of Léon my wife worked there when she was young
However, the service is very good...

American breads are almost inedible. Too hard, burnt and with very little meat in it. I would much prefer the way it was before
The 2 stars are for the friendly welcome
10/05/2024: before it was much better the baguette was reduced by half the chicken with pieces of nerve inside was inedible and not cooked enough and the cold fries were very soft not good at all plus they forgot to give us our drinks! for the price there are much better elsewhere.

10/09/2024: Does not know its range of ice creams, and does not recognize any error in order execution. Obviously KFC PIERRE BENITE has a sense of customer service unlike this KFC which does not even respect its customers.

15/07/2024: Quite simply unacceptable, I place an order as usual, in the majority of orders that I have been able to place each time something was missing, so I decide to notify the restaurant chain and they make me out to be a liar and they does not want to deliver my missing items. Dishonest restaurant.

I ordered a taco today which was delivered to me practically without a very dry sauce.
My daughter had a burger which we paid extra for sauce and ended up dry and without sauce.
I called the snack bar to notify them of my communications 0 he didn't even offer to redo the sandwiches in a really deplorable exchange.

First of all, the restaurant changed its name,
Restaurant to avoid if you want to preserve your health at a minimum.
Beyond the waiting time of more than 45 minutes while the restaurant was almost empty for lunch. The kebab meat is affected despite the ton of spice to camouflage the rice and bulgur 🤮
Anyway, I paid the bill (2 kebab plates and 2 cans €38) and left straight away.
N.B: shame, a very nice location, but an absent owner…

Vraiment passez votre chemin, ils ont changé de nom, mis un peu de marbre noir à l’intérieur, ça fait chic, mais dans l’assiette c’est degeulasse

Serveurs vraiment pas agréables en plus.
01/08/2024: Accueil plus que sommaire. Très long pour être servis. La salade caesar est carrément insipide . Le poulet pané très gras. Une addition inversement proportionnelle à la qualité, plus de 96€ pour 3 salades caesar , 1 big ben petit pour un enfant 😱😰. Pour nous adresse à oublier

28/02/2024: Endroit parfait pour se régaler avec de la gastronomie turque délicieuse. Salle très bien chauffée. Accueil convivial et serveuses très sympathiques.
12/01/2024: Un endroit parfait avec des serveuses excellentes et le service a été incroyable, je conseille ce restaurant à tout mon entourage !
