I regularly use the drive-thru at this McDonald's, but I've had the pleasure of dealing with an exceptionally lovely and pleasant person twice! Frankly, it's so rare, which is why I wanted to highlight it. I wanted to leave this review because this person deserves to be talked about, from that smile you can practically hear at the order kiosk! I asked her name today; it's Cindy. I promise you, it's impossible for anyone to be disappointed by the service she provides! Thank you so much, Madam, please stay just as you are. It's so refreshing to receive service like yours, especially in these challenging times.

25/11/2025: I'm a loyal drive-thru customer; the service is usually quite fast, but this is the second time in a row in just a few weeks/months that I've been served unpleasant drinks, and these were two different ones at that. They're completely diluted with water—unacceptable!

13/10/2024: Never order never never in this rotten restaurant where rats and cockroaches wander around in the basement, horrible restaurant both for its unhygienic cuisine and for its mediocre service if you are hungry it is better to refrain from eating than to eat such horror

2 children walk to the drive-thru, the staff brings them in and gives them sodas!
Behind us we are being bothered because in addition, these same children are demanding from the customers present in the room.
Table always dirty, we have to ask every time or sometimes I'm so fed up I empty hydro gel on the table...
Arrived this evening, smell of vomit in the restaurant 👌🏻

The pastries are good, the shop is clean, professional and smiling staff

I recovered
2 sandwiches with wilted salad and totally soggy sandwich.
1 cookie with a missing piece
1 rock-hard loaf.
in short 7€98 which will go in the trash
I want to save food but this type of business should review what it offers for sale at the end of the day.. I am extremely dissatisfied.

28/09/2024: A joke. We arrive Friday evening at 11:45 p.m.
A hostess takes our order with difficulty because she listens to us 1 time out of 2. We ask for 2 Quick’n toast. There was supposedly only one left.
A classic supreme without raw vegetables because my friend is intolerant to onion. The answer is no. We understood why after collecting the order. The loaves were hard to break out of the brick with. The Burgers were made for the evening rush and kept until closing. Unacceptable!
Finally, we ourselves removed the onions from the supreme classic. And we spent the night in the toilet to throw up the €70 we had lost.
Extremely on it.
27/09/2024: Best Quick in Lyon for my taste, between the staff, the speed and the drive-thru service.
Not living in Lyon every time I go to Quick I drive 1 hour to only go to that one.
I will just remove a small star for the kitchen because sometimes my giant's steaks are cold, but otherwise perfect

DAMAGE. It WOULD (conditionally!) have been... "good"...
13/12/2024: Disastrous service, non-existent telephone reception. Out of 3 orders, 2 were problematic (delivered 1h30 later or not at all)... Avoid.

It's good, it's fresh and the service is top notch.
The ingredients are of exceptional quality and the dough for the pancake is exceptional.
Not to be missed under any circumstances.
