02/04/2024: We go there for: the super warm welcome from the owner who teases you, for the relaxed atmosphere, for the very beautiful location in the heart of the old town, for the very good quality of the products, for the value for money .
We go back because, inevitably, we come out with a smile.
On the other hand, be careful when booking, the address is known to regulars.

Like you didn't have time to move especially during covid..
Always promo codes that don't work once the order is made, great technique for selling your exploded dishes.
And huge price increase, so do well... hoping that your restaurant closes soon, it won't really be missed given the quality of your services.
14/03/2024: Not much to say about the sushi or maki, the quality is there. However, what a surprise when looking at the soy sauce received... apart from the quantity, not a very ecological process.

03/04/2024: Supposedly one of the 3 best restaurants in Sarthe. Very very disappointed in both the quality of the dishes and the service. Their truffle dish was greasy and the vegetables were very salty, we feel that the creation of the dish had not been tasted by the chef before and the suggestion of Sarthe cheese on the menu is of no interest.
Finally, only their “signature” langoustine ravioli starter is worth it. The result is a very expensive and disappointing evening, so go to Cyril Lignac in Paris and you are sure not to be disappointed!

31/03/2024: Meals started off pretty well, right down to the dishes with a strong taste of chemicals... maybe review the origin of the food or simply the cooking.
Very welcoming waiter, attentive and pleasant service.
We took a look at the reviews. May be perceived as funny for some, however other comments are denigrating, mocking, inappropriate. If you don't have the ability to accept criticism, it's best to step away from restaurant management.
