01/04/2024: Ski pass super expensive for very few snow and not much nightlife.
But what angers me the most is that we booked the accommodation through Airbnb with parking included (15€ per day), they still made us pay extra when we left.
It's gonna be our last time in Les Arcs, this is typical of French poor customer service.

03/04/2024: Very very slow cooking. On a busy day, Wednesday, I don't understand that we have to wait 15 minutes for the nuggets. Let's not talk about dessert, the woman doesn't take it in the order of the queue, when I pointed this out to her, she replied that it wasn't important. And the pinnacle of the new greens to make us notice that we must take care of the planet while the person uses individual sachets of sugar for coffee to put on pancakes without even taking the time to fill a sugar bowl. In short for the sympathy of the staff to avoid

Arrived at 9:45 p.m.
It's quiet, there aren't many people. No one greets us, no welcome!
Dirty tables, sticky floors with spilled drinks, tickets on the floor... no one seems to care about maintenance!
Once the order is placed, we clean the tables with a wipe found on the console where the trays are placed.
Fast service !
Too bad, the wrap is good but cold, the coke is stale, hamburger lukewarm and tasteless, however the potatoes are good.
It’s difficult to stay on a positive note in such conditions! We invite management to review training and/or hire more staff. Fortunately, we were able to see the kindness of an employee towards an English person before leaving…
The desire to come back is not there but all is not lost!! 🧚♀️ Good luck for the future..

02/04/2024: Visited a month ago to celebrate a birthday and it wasn't a nice gift! Rarely seen in brasseries but it exists here incapable of serving edible fries, overcooked, too hard, I also do not recommend the special Skiff hamburger with slow cooking beef on dry ink bread, no flavor for a dish that has more of 22€. I couldn't return my dish out of respect for those who invited me, but we cut the meal short by leaving the plates full. More than €50 for two for nothing. The server couldn't give any explanation other than stating that it was a known problem!! Now you know.

31/03/2024: Everything was perfect from A to Z! When booking we asked if we could come with our doggie and that was no problem (for us, doggie lovers, that's a big plus!!) Warm welcome, impeccable service, very considerate and relaxed . Cool and not noisy atmosphere (yet a full Saturday evening!). The meal was truly delicious (traditional menu): perfect cooking, tasty and beautifully presented dishes. This is the third time we have come to dine at this restaurant. This time we had a gift voucher that we had been given at Christmas. The person came to tell us during the meal that we still had room to spare compared to the price of the gift and not to hesitate to order hot drinks at the end of the meal, for example. We found this very honest. In short, we will come back with great pleasure to spend a good evening at the Savoyard!

Box of the same quenelle and box of the same sauce..
Nothing to do with quality restoration....
where were the fresh produce on my plate???
Cans are expensive...

After waiting 15 minutes, we left without placing an order.
Management should be careful in the management of this so called Restaurant.

31/03/2024: Small compared to other les sybelles resort. Several lifts and a very good kids and beginners slope with conveyors and a good luge area. Bars and ski shops next to the slope lots of shops inside under the apartment block behind the bars. Easy road access to other resorts
31/03/2024: Nice holidays, more than enough grounds, family resort, nothing to say, what you need to have a good family stay.
We came for a week last summer, and wanted to try it in winter 👍🏻.
Small downside, as noticed in summer, some traders only have the Name...
Not always gracious and smiling, not always friendly, too bad, some expenses were not made in the resort's shops.
