22/04/2026: A sandwich shop like you find pretty much everywhere. The food is good, with a wide selection of sandwiches and platters. However, at 9 euros for a kebab without fries, it's starting to get expensive, too expensive for what it is.

We'd been here before, and it was great, but it's changed a lot.
€20 for a Caesar salad, with just lettuce, four tiny pieces of chicken, a single sad egg, and four cherry tomatoes cut in half... it's pathetic. Far too expensive for what was on the plate.
19/05/2026: I had just arrived on the terrace when the owner started staring at me intently. I felt uncomfortable. When I simply asked for a glass of water, he made me repeat myself several times in a mocking tone. Then he spoke to me very rudely, acting like he had the right to speak to me. He thinks he's the king, but first, it would be better if he took a skills assessment to remain the owner.

This is a sincere message; you can go without any worries.
30/01/2026: We were a group of six adults on Saturday evening, December 6, 2025, and we found the tagines absolutely delicious. At the end of the meal, we had the pleasure of chatting with the owners, who were very friendly and welcoming.
I highly recommend it.

08/12/2025: It was so delicious. I stayed here for two days and ate here every day. This Thai restaurant is run by real Thais. The cook is very nice and kind.
22/11/2025: I ordered takeout and ended up with a portion of rice mixed with noodles.
I only wanted plain white rice, so I got half a portion.
And the noodles are plain, unseasoned.
I don't understand.

16/04/2026: The saleswoman was very pushy in trying to sell her products. She was aggressive and dishonest about the prices, even though they were displayed. I didn't have time to check them properly, and the saleswoman wasn't informed.
I will no longer be a customer of this Marie Blachère store!
Your response forces me to be more precise: I did indeed buy two XXL meals, both priced at €6.95 each. Mathematically, 6.95 x 2 = €13.90. So far, so good!
I paid €18.90. That's a difference of €4.
If I had chosen different drinks, I would have gotten €1 back. The math still doesn't add up.
You mentioned a similar situation in the past. Indeed, some time ago I noticed that your breads had lost weight, but the price remained the same. (This is a known technique called shrinkflation or reduflation.) One of your saleswomen, who was very friendly, confirmed that this was indeed the case.
The need to defend oneself and not remain indifferent to such practices is certainly not a lack of respect on my part, but rather proof of bad faith on your part. A word to the wise! Cheers!

25/01/2026: The worst bar in Chambéry! The staff are incredibly rude, no greeting, no thank you, no human warmth whatsoever. Orders are taken 30 minutes after we arrive. And all this for the price of a coffee and a hot chocolate…!!! Avoid at all costs.

13/06/2026: Friendly welcome and service. Large terrace with shade in the morning. The dining room was noisy, but not a problem.
16/04/2026: Friday marked our second visit to Boutique Folliet, and we were just as impressed as before. The shop is lovely, and the service was excellent. The person who helped us was clearly passionate; without her, we would have been completely lost in the vast selection! Despite a slight wait, the tea and coffee they suggested were exceptional. A fantastic find!

16/04/2026: I just picked up a Too Good To Go order. The employee wasn't friendly or communicative. The basket I received left me perplexed and disappointed by the quality, quantity, lack of variety, and presentation—a tuna-stuffed tomato upside down...in short, shameful. I won't be back.
16/04/2026: Very satisfied with the food, served quickly and hot! However, a major disappointment with Mirlinda at the register who took all my details to create my loyalty account and then swiped her own card! That's not cool...
I'll still come back, but I'll create my account beforehand!

14/10/2025: The Regina pizza was not good. The dough was not cooked and the ham was not cooked either. We were looking for the tomato sauce. The pasta had no taste. I do not recommend this restaurant. I will not return.

The responses were curt and he addressed the customer informally.

11/05/2026: The security guards are aggressive and also make up completely false things; it doesn't surprise me at all because this place should be closed down and the owner doesn't care at all. The staff is unpleasant, it's disheartening.

28/05/2026: 2 PM, shop open, saleswoman present… but unable to serve because she's “on break.” So, basically, a shop where you can't buy anything. A rather unique concept: decorative presence, nonexistent utility. Avoid it.
22/05/2026: Besides the fact that the sandwiches aren't very good, knowing that the food basket is thrown away every night, sometimes for hundreds of euros in markdowns, is truly shameful—this food waste is outrageous!

03/11/2024: Le décor est super mais le rapport qualité prix est mauvais. Le burger est correct sans plus. Mes frites n'étaient pas assez cuites. Nous avons été pressés par la serveuse qui est venue nous voir 5 fois le temps que je lise la carte.
Je n'y retournerai pas.
03/11/2024: 9 personnes qui avons dû se répartir sur 2 tables malheureusement l'une derrière l'autre à l'étage, ce qui est différent d'une table à côté d'une autre annoncè à notre arrivée de ce restaurant. Cet étage est sombre, etriquè, avec une chaleur suffoquente. Une climatisation présente mais qui semble t'il ne fonctionnait pas?!!...
Les plats, hamburgers, viande, salade insipides, pas conséquents du tout, pour le prix, et même pour certains non représentatifs des photos des menus. Les frites étaient froides, pas appétissantes. Les glaces étaient bonnes,les churros trop gras. Nous sommes très decus. Nous ne reviendrons pas. À éviter si vous ne voulez pas en plus une "Facture salée" pour ce que cela représente. La seule chose positive, les serveuses agréables.

27/01/2025: Having heard about this restaurant from acquaintances, I decided to try it by having a takeaway meal.
I had two burgers, one of which was on the menu with fries without a drink and also a homemade sauce. It cost me a little over €20.
Positive point: The burgers and fries were good (the strong point of the burgers are their sauce and the fries were very well cooked). The presentation is really inspiring.
Negative point: the quality/quantity/price ratio. Let me explain: when I order for more than €20 including a menu for more than €13 which does not include a drink, I expect the burgers and fries to hold me back which was not the case. case here. And again by luck and greed, I had a second burger which cost 7€ which also left me hungry. And when I say that, it’s because I was still a little hungry, but also the desire for more.
In addition, when ordering from specified via the order terminal that I did not want a product in a burgers, but this request was ignored.
In summary, the burgers are good, but for me we need to review the size of the burgers and the portions for this price.
Ps: I compare my order to other restaurants specializing in burgers in Chambéry and no, not well-known fast food chains.
16/01/2025: I had a hash brown burger. It really wasn't very good. Not friendly, unheated restaurant, smell of bad frying, no soap in the toilets, very expensive for what it is. I wanted to try and it did. You can find much better for less in Chambéry.
