26/02/2026: An incredible experience! I ordered a sirloin steak and it was simply perfect. You can clearly taste the quality of the ingredients and the culinary expertise.
And above all, the service was top-notch: a warm welcome, attentive and highly professional staff.
I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!

14/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, admittedly a bit pricey, but when you see the quality of the ingredients, such as the very fresh Breton lobster and the beautifully sized scallops, it's worth it. Don't hesitate to try this restaurant.
14/02/2026: I've eaten at this restaurant several times now; the staff is friendly and very attentive. The dishes are excellent, made with high-quality ingredients. I recommend the lobster with vinaigrette and the calf's head with gribiche sauce, and to finish on a high note, try the homemade tarte tatin. Some will tell you this restaurant is expensive, but that's because they're kebab eaters. It's true that it's a bit pricey, but considering the quality of the food, it's still reasonable.

21/02/2026: MEF, very average service, starters were egg mayo or salmon slice, for the main courses we tried the sole (there wasn't much choice), for the wine it's best to avoid given the prices worthy of a 3*, tables too close together, in short this business is off to a bad start.
20/02/2026: A very warm welcome, a beautiful place with magnificent decor, but most importantly, fresh, high-quality ingredients, sublimely prepared by the chef, from homemade dishes to the juices. Bravo to Cyrine! What courage to embark on such an adventure! This chef is top-notch; she's truly passionate and deserves great success.

11/11/2025: Fabulous restaurant. Very pretty decor and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the scallops, nougat and prune ice cream with Armagnac, beef fillet with Brie sauce, and profiteroles. Lovely round table in the second room. Thank you very much. We will be back.

Original French cuisine, authentically presented in small, cosy establishment.

Les crèpes sont très copieuses et bonnes. Les 2 boules de glace étaient énormes.
Le prix raisonnable.

04/07/2025: No customer service. I've been referring clients to this hotel for 8 years. Exceptionally, I had to reserve a room for a client who ultimately canceled, and no action was taken. This is very disappointing, and I would no longer recommend this establishment.
03/07/2025: This review concerns the restaurant exclusively. A dinner organized as part of a seminar and billed at 55 euros (excluding drinks). A so-called seafood casserole with 2 shrimp swimming in a tasteless broth with 2 pieces of zucchini and 3 slices of mushrooms, followed by a sea bass fillet (very industrial) accompanied by a pseudo risotto, all still without taste or seasoning. And to conclude, a pavlova with a meringue as hard as a rock... A festival accompanied by service at the level of the meal. Avoid...

02/08/2024: Une ambiance de cure thermale avec une salle occupée quasiment que par les résidents de l’hôtel.
La carte qui paraissait intéressante n’aura pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Peu d’inspiration pour le dressage des assiettes, un saumon gravlax avec une salaison mal gérée en sel, un bar hélas trop cuit, seul moment de plaisir, le moelleux au chocolat à la fève Tonka.
Pour des menus à 55€, la quête d’émotions n’aura été au rendez-vous que sur la note.
La situation de Barbizon et ses peintres mythiques ne peuvent pas tout excuser. On peut s’attendre à une autre prestation de la part d’un tel établissement.
J’espère simplement que, comme cela peut arriver, nous soyons venus le mauvais jour.
09/07/2024: Plats savoureux et copieux avec juste ce qu'il faut de variété pour mettre en valeur l'ingrédient principal comme les gambas par exemple. Tout çà servi avec des grands sourires - les deux serveuses sont adorables

29/07/2024: Nous pensions prendre le menu et pourtant le dimanche, c’est brunch. Après une légère hésitation, nous restâmes. Bien nous en pris. Un buffet très complet, du crémant de Loire, un plat principal ( risotto à l’ombre chevalier) , desserts.
