10/08/2024: If you want waffles, don't go to this store when it's hot. According to the lady who received us, the waffle batter swells with this seasonal temperature. (normal like bread dough), and that's very good, since they will be even softer. When you run a food business, and you offer a certain product on your menu, it must be available to customers. Knowing that we are fans of waffles, and that we ate them in Marseille, during the heatwave.

26/08/2024: It's not often you want to dine in a hotel restaurant when so many establishments are just a stone's throw away, but the Échanson is worth sitting down for a moment of discovery. You will not have a plethora of options on the menu in starters, main courses, desserts and so much the better. I had the beef tataki to start, followed by a poultry supreme accompanied by fries and a succulent homemade mayonnaise, my wife opted for the cupbearer burger. The day before I had a steak accompanied by a good Anjou rosé or even glasses of red wine served by the glass, forgetting the port would be sacrilege just like the glass of champagne. Brief ! A good value for money which is worth the detour to try the adventure without having to run here and there when you arrive at the hotel to find something to sustain you. Do not also forget the staff who work in this place, I was served by a charming, polite, professional young man (Mr Valentin) who knows the products well and also knows how to help customers in the language of Shakespeare, attentive and considerate without him, without them the restaurant would be nothing. Also don't forget one of his colleagues of the same ilk who has a look/presence worthy of the tiger brigades (old-timers will understand) just as welcoming and warm as his named colleague. Brief ! A good time spent remaking the world in a somewhat refined place and in which background music could have enveloped this place, this is a detail, a figment of the mind! 03/07/2024: Family meal Saturday lunchtime. Despite our fears following the mostly negative reviews, we were very well received, the service and the meal were excellent. Thierry the server was very attentive to our requests and was very professional.

19/08/2024: Le repas se passait bien jusqu'à ce que je trouve un faux ongle dans ma salade. Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial, rien car ce n'est pas la faute du patron forcément il n'a pas de faux ongles !!! Ni coupable, ni responsable, juste donne ton fric et tais toi... on croit rêver.

18/08/2024: The meal was going well until I found a false nail in my salad. No excuses, no commercial gesture, nothing because it's not the boss's fault necessarily he doesn't have false nails!!! Neither guilty nor responsible, just hand over your money and shut up... it seems like a dream.

22/09/2024: After a first takeaway order where the drink leaked, we lodged a complaint. We take our details and have to come back so they can reorder us. This evening we are going back to ask for it, more errors, missing sandwiches, sauces, items do not match. This is really not normal.

20/09/2024: Nothing against the employees who were very nice, however the fries were soft or completely hard my McDonald's croque also so much so that I hurt my tooth while biting into it

01/06/2024: Hello, Are there free places to visit someone with a Disability card???. Considering the prices apparently it's really incredible in a public hospital. I have never seen that !!! Impossible to reach someone at the number indicated on the site. THANKS

01/06/2024: A quick visit to the emergency room for my daughter who came home at 9 a.m. and left at 4 p.m. and realized that free parking does not apply beyond 4 hours and paid €9. (it's only €9, you tell me) We would have done without staying a full day in the emergency room. These are shameful to me.
