29/09/2026: English: It's truly worth venturing off the main street to discover this charming little town and dine at L'Orchidee. The food is excellent. We opted for the €31 set menu, which included a starter, main course, and dessert, and were absolutely delighted. The portions are generous, the flavors superb, and the service exceptionally friendly. For my starter, I had Laab Moo: beautiful aromas, just the right amount of spice, a pleasant acidity, and plenty of meat. This was followed by Bo Bun with incredibly tender beef, and then a particularly interesting mango sticky rice – sweet, tangy, and slightly salty all at once. A true delight. Restaurants like this are rare. We sincerely hope to return someday. We wish the entire team continued success and many more guests. Thank you for this delicious experience! Nous avons choisi le menu à 31 €, with entrée, plat and dessert, and nous avons été absolute ravis. Les portions are généreuses, les saveurs are remarquable and the service is a great gentillesse. J'ai pris le Laab Moo en entrée: the saveurs magnifiques, juste ce qu'il faut de piquant, a beautiful acidity and beautiful coup de viande. Ensuite, the Bo Bun with a viande de boeuf très tendre, puis a sticky rice à la mangue particulièrement interesting, à la fois sucré, acidulé and légèrement salé. A vrai regal. The restaurant comme celui-ci, on n’en trouve pas souvent. Nous espérons vraiment avoir l’occasion de revenir un jour. We enjoyed every bite: delicious food and impeccable service 👌 It's a shame we live so far away… this restaurant would probably have become our regular spot 😍 But one thing is for sure: we'll be back to try everything else! A truly exceptional restaurant with fantastic specialties, the kind you just don't find anymore. Go in without hesitation!

05/10/2026: A fantastic place to discover in Albi! 🇨🇳 If you're looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Albi, this one is definitely worth a visit. The dishes are delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor, made with high-quality ingredients. The welcome is warm, the service friendly, and the atmosphere very convivial. For me, it's clearly one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. A wonderful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone passing through Albi or Pressignac. You can go there with your eyes closed!

28/09/2026: Cash money good Khmer noodle soup that's worth every Euro. You CAN get pho here, but you want their special, the Phnom Penh noodle soup. Pork, shrimp, calamari, tripe - and more - plus a savory broth (14€ for normal, +2.50€ for a large bowl), the noodles come out quick. I usually get a coconut juice or an espresso (afterwards) to get a little pep with my meal. This is a casual eatery - dine solo, or bring a group of friends or family! I've been coming here for years, and my interactions with the staff have been pleasant. It probably helps that I can speak broken Cambodian and French, though? Credit accepted.

Dishes tasted: Spring rolls (crispy and flavorful), Pho (traditional soup with an excellent, fragrant herb broth), Beef vermicelli (a flavor that reminds me of my trip to Vietnam—a true "madeleine de Proust"! So flavorful and aromatic! A real treat! 👍👏😋 Excellent welcome from the owners—kindness, humor, and courtesy! We returned the following week and I absolutely recommend it!! 03/09/2026: Honestly, this is ridiculous! I ordered takeout, and they've already raised their prices. They put this in a tiny plastic bowl for over 14 euros?! A container that holds maybe five bites! Unacceptable! You should be ashamed! At that price, for such mediocre and poor quality…

But when it happens three times, even though I specify twice when ordering and once when picking up, and they assure me that they do, it's a clear case of blatantly disregarding customer requests. I'll never go back.
