11/05/2026: The hostel is well located, pleasant, and the welcome was perfect! The breakfast was really generous and delicious. The rooms were quiet, though the bathrooms could perhaps use a little updating. We didn't try the restaurant.

19/05/2026: One of the best brunches you'll find in the entire Var region, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The €29 set menu is a great deal because for that price you get a hot drink, fresh fruit juice, a savory dish, and a sweet dish. All of your choice, which is very reasonable. And above all, it's delicious and generous! The welcome was warm, and we recommend booking if you're coming on the weekend or during the summer. This brunch is starting to get noticed, especially on social media; that's how we found it, and we'll definitely be back. See you soon, La Vague!

The place is super cozy, the staff are absolutely lovely, the food is superb, and on top of that, delicious! I highly recommend coming for brunch or lunch at La Vague; you'll want to come back! 11/08/2026: On the island for two days, a visit to L’Etal du Boucher is a must for any meat lover! Two days, two meals there! Their meats are excellent, their dishes are beautifully prepared: special mention to the chef! My husband and son loved it! For me, being vegetarian: no problem at all: they adapt perfectly! The service is absolutely top-notch! The waitresses, Clara and Mimi, are energetic, smiling, very pleasant, and above all, very efficient and attentive, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. Very well located, accessible for people with reduced mobility, young children, and dogs are welcome! Thank you to Philippe, Virginie, and Didier for their warm welcome and kindness! Remember to book your table during peak season to be sure not to miss out on a meal there!

25/07/2026: A very warm welcome. Living in Ayguade, I hadn't been going to this establishment in a while because it wasn't great. The pizzas are excellent, and the salads and pasta with pesto are to die for. I often come with my Chihuahua, and we're very comfortable. Yes, I recommend it and will put up flyers in my studio apartment in the port of Hyères.

08/07/2026: Excellent dinner! The burgers were a big hit with the teenagers, as was the pizza. The mussels marinière (freshly caught that day) were superb, as were the homemade fries. The octopus salad (also freshly caught that day) was a real treat! To finish, the homemade chocolate mousse was a delight. All this with an incredible view and a magnificent sunset!

26/06/2026: We had a wonderful time watching the sunset. The beach bar cocktail was excellent, the aioli perfect, the homemade dessert very good, and the welcome warm—truly perfect. Kudos to the cook!

08/08/2026: Absolutely fantastic!! Life is wonderful, and the service is top-notch! The kindness and professionalism of all the servers! Bravo to them! The food is incredibly generous and absolutely delicious ❤️👏👏 The bouillabaisse is a true masterpiece!! Congratulations!! The other dishes were perfect too!! Fresh ingredients and expertly cooked. The Baked Alaska is a real treat in itself! I'll be back as soon as possible! Okay, the only small point for improvement would be the "aging" of the dining room. A little refresh would be perfect.

31/05/2026: So, off on an adventure, we were passing through Hyères, and I absolutely wanted to eat prawn pasta. I asked Chat GPT, and he even recommended this wonderful restaurant where you can smell the fresh fish. The meal was delicious. As a connoisseur of prawn pasta, even in Marseille, it's not as good. Warm welcome, guaranteed friendliness! They even had little chalks and a slate for the children. Everything was top-notch. Thank you for this great meal, and the portions are just right. At home, you pay, but you don't get two prawns that taste disastrous. Anyway, thank you for this great restaurant!

24/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and restaurant. Everything was impeccable; the premises were spotless and meticulously maintained. The staff were extremely pleasant, welcoming, and attentive from beginning to end. It felt truly comfortable, almost like being at home. The atmosphere was warm and the service was top-notch. Thank you for this lovely experience; we will gladly return!

07/05/2026: After a lovely hike on the island, we stopped, charmed by the friendly demeanor of the young waitresses. What a pleasant surprise! A truly delightful experience. Delicious spiced sardines, a flavorful tuna tataki, and an exceptional fisherman's soup. To finish, a subtly flavored Pavlova and a decadent profiterole. All of this was served with a kindness that is becoming increasingly rare. A few words exchanged gave the impression that the customers were more than just a walking wallet. In short, we will cherish the memory. Basques on holiday.

16/06/2026: We came as a family of four for Easter vacation, from Sunday to Friday. The hotel is aging, near a small shopping center and a Flunch restaurant (they share the same free parking lot), so it was very crowded. The fire alarm went off at 6:00 AM, and in the evening there was a Gypsy wedding and a fight in the parking lot, making it impossible to sleep (the rooms are poorly soundproofed). On the day of departure, we were asked to pay for breakfast, even though we had already paid for it through Hotels.com. Luckily, the manager let it go, but the guy at the reception desk was very insistent. The rooms are also very dated (damaged paint, doors, etc.), but they do have a small refrigerator. The breakfast is great, I recommend it, and the bar is nice too, but the terrace and pool are, again, outdated. In short, it's in a good location in Hyères, but it's not worth 4 stars...

13/06/2026: All the staff were very welcoming, warm, attentive, and smiling: from the Victor restaurant staff to the hotel staff. My daughter was celebrating her birthday, and everyone spontaneously wished her a happy birthday. The pool is very pleasant, as is the room.
