19/05/2026: One of the best brunches you'll find in the entire Var region, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The €29 set menu is a great deal because for that price you get a hot drink, fresh fruit juice, a savory dish, and a sweet dish. All of your choice, which is very reasonable. And above all, it's delicious and generous! The welcome was warm, and we recommend booking if you're coming on the weekend or during the summer. This brunch is starting to get noticed, especially on social media; that's how we found it, and we'll definitely be back. See you soon, La Vague!

18/05/2026: We went for brunch this morning, May 18th, 2026, to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, and they truly lived up to the hype!! The place is super cozy, the staff are absolutely lovely, the food is superb, and on top of that, delicious! I highly recommend coming for brunch or lunch at La Vague; you'll want to come back! 10/05/2026: A real gem in Hyères! Definitely one of the best places for takeaway pizza. The crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are generous: you'd think you were in Italy! The service is simply exceptional: the team is always smiling, and the pizza chef always has a kind word for his customers. You can feel the passion, the quality of the ingredients, and the good cheer. I highly recommend it if you're looking for an authentic experience!

16/06/2026: We came as a family of four for Easter vacation, from Sunday to Friday. The hotel is aging, near a small shopping center and a Flunch restaurant (they share the same free parking lot), so it was very crowded. The fire alarm went off at 6:00 AM, and in the evening there was a Gypsy wedding and a fight in the parking lot, making it impossible to sleep (the rooms are poorly soundproofed). On the day of departure, we were asked to pay for breakfast, even though we had already paid for it through Hotels.com. Luckily, the manager let it go, but the guy at the reception desk was very insistent. The rooms are also very dated (damaged paint, doors, etc.), but they do have a small refrigerator. The breakfast is great, I recommend it, and the bar is nice too, but the terrace and pool are, again, outdated. In short, it's in a good location in Hyères, but it's not worth 4 stars...

13/06/2026: All the staff were very welcoming, warm, attentive, and smiling: from the Victor restaurant staff to the hotel staff. My daughter was celebrating her birthday, and everyone spontaneously wished her a happy birthday. The pool is very pleasant, as is the room.

24/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and restaurant. Everything was impeccable; the premises were spotless and meticulously maintained. The staff were extremely pleasant, welcoming, and attentive from beginning to end. It felt truly comfortable, almost like being at home. The atmosphere was warm and the service was top-notch. Thank you for this lovely experience; we will gladly return!

07/05/2026: After a lovely hike on the island, we stopped, charmed by the friendly demeanor of the young waitresses. What a pleasant surprise! A truly delightful experience. Delicious spiced sardines, a flavorful tuna tataki, and an exceptional fisherman's soup. To finish, a subtly flavored Pavlova and a decadent profiterole. All of this was served with a kindness that is becoming increasingly rare. A few words exchanged gave the impression that the customers were more than just a walking wallet. In short, we will cherish the memory. Basques on holiday.

21/02/2026: This is our third visit to this biscuit shop. We've never been disappointed, and we absolutely love trying out different biscuit options—mixing flavors and textures. Everything is so delicious, especially the pine nut tarts!

04/06/2026: I'm rediscovering this restaurant! The welcome was fantastic, the advice was excellent, the portions were very generous and delicious, the meat was high quality—everything was perfect. And to top it all off, the desserts were incredibly good. Don't leave without the complimentary glass of Dijon mustard (I don't drink alcohol, but it was fantastic). You can go there without hesitation; the prices are very reasonable. Next time I'll try the pizzas.

15/04/2026: I go there almost every day for a Costa Rican coffee; it's the best tea room around. Every tea I've bought or given as a gift has always been excellent. It's simple, there's nothing better.

27/12/2025: I visited in 2023 and I still remember the comforting warmth of the place, as well as their delicious Italian chocolate. Here I am again a few years later, and the charm is still there. I took the opportunity to buy a special Christmas tea bag and a flowering tea for a friend. I highly recommend this place.
