L’accueil a été cordial sans plus
Les galettes au sarrasin étaient bonnes, la garniture aux St Jacques moyenne, à mon avis une sauce dans laquelle est incorporé les St Jacques et crevettes déjà toute prête ( St Jacques trop cuite)
Cependant le rapport qualité prix est correct
Je conseillerais de prendre des galettes avec des garnitures simples

Mussels and oysters from Tamaris, we couldn't ask for better.
It was excellent, we will come back

12/12/2024: A regular customer of New Saigon, we are always greeted with a smile and the portions are generous. We feel that the ingredients are fresh and that it is real family cooking! To try it is to adopt it, eating Asian elsewhere is no longer an option.

À notre arrivée, on a attendu plus de 10 minutes avant qu’un daigne nous prendre notre commande pour ce qu’il y en est des plats mis à disposition peu de choix.. un personnel pas forcément agréable ni disponible, j’ai connu bien meilleur

Le service est top, un des gérants, Olivier, est une personne fabuleuse de professionnalisme et de gentillesse.
Il y a une âme dans ce restaurant qui reste une institution sur le bord de mer.
On a pris un loup, la cuisson était juste parfaite, le service est au top.
On est sur un niveau de restauration clairement supérieur (accueil, service, réactivité, qualité des produits, prix, nappes tissus, serviettes en soie...)
Bref, aucune chance d'être déçu sauf pour les éternels ronchonchons.

25/11/2024: We have been customers for several years, the pizzas are generally good and well garnished. The service is always efficient and polite. Be careful though, for some time there has been a slight decline in quality (pizzas too salty, less qualitative toppings).
