15/02/2026: We stayed for Valentine's Day weekend. A fabulous time! We had dinner at San Felice, everything was perfect, with special thanks to Titouan and Anthony who do their job with great care for the guests. Well done to the whole team, right up to our departure, when the valets were fantastic.
28/01/2026: The best circuit hotel in the France!
If you're at Paul Ricard then there's nowhere better to stay.
Very high quality rooms and facilities. The restaurant is very good with an exception view.
Can't wait to come back again.

23/10/2025: Very poor reception when purchasing pastries. According to them, you absolutely have to order in advance, which seems "obvious" to the staff, but not to the customers. The manager was particularly unpleasant. We clearly get the impression that this bakery prefers to target passing tourists rather than the locals of Le Castellet. It's a shame, because the place could have potential with better service.
In short, I won't be going back!

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the waiter who was able to advise and guide us.
The exceptional meats available can satisfy everyone (aged or not).
The dining room has a chic, modern, and refined ambiance that reflects the quality of the service and the cuisine.

31/10/2025: I was extremely disappointed with this pizza truck. The pizzas were tiny, with very little topping—shameful.
We ordered "large pizzas," and they were anything but large.
On top of that, the taste was very poor.
I won't be going back; I regret wasting my money.

01/11/2024: On the advice of the waitress, we ordered the dish of the day, flank steak with pepper accompanied by fries and vegetables.
The meat, inedible, very tough and tasteless. Vegetables, like uncooked ratatouille... meh.
The barely touched plates did not shock the waitress who cleared them without a word!!!
Dessert, not bad but certainly not homemade
A 1/2 L pitcher of rosé, ultimately billed at the same price as the bottle
Bill for 2....98 euros, a canteen meal is expensive
